My husband has been a Sea Breeze ORIGINAL user also for approximately 30 years (if not longer). He used it to clean his face every day...sometimes twice a day. WHY discontinue a product that people have obviously used for this long??? He HATES the Actives product. He said it doesn't work and it doesn't leave his face with the clean, fresh feeling like the Original formula. There is NO COMPARISON! Please go back to the drawing board and someone make an executive decision to bring the Original back!! I agree with Annette in Charlotte, NC.....BIG MISTAKE to take it off the market! BRING BACK THE ORIGINAL FORMULA!!

I use the product twice a day, after cleansing. It gets rid of those last vestiges of makeup. It has cured the worst breakout of my life! But that's not all - it has also gotten rid of dark spots and bumps that I have had for years! I also use it after tweezing, to prevent infection and to soothe the skin. Where else are you going to get such a convenient and inexpensive skin treatment? I am so glad I found this product!

I miss the old formulation like the others that were commenting on this site. Been using it for years and enjoyed the clean crisp feel after shaving. I will not use this stuff.

I've been a Sea Breeze Original user for as long as I can remember (close to 30 years) and this new Actives product is such a disappointment! And that is putting it mildly! It's sticky, it stinks and it leaves a heavy feeling on your skin, not the clean, fresh feeling that the Original formula did. And the Original Formula got rid of my pimples in a few days, this new stuff actually made them worse! Don't buy it, it's terrible! I sure hope that the Original Formula is brought back! Whoever decided to get rid of it.......BIG MISTAKE!!!! We want the Original Formula again!

This is a great toner for very oily skin. This toner along with Lush Coal face soap makes me experience less pimples and clear skin.

Glad to see I am not the only one disappointed with this new product. So glad to now that they are coming back with the original. The new one leaves a sticky film and a heaviness on your face. If you are in the market to buy this for the first time, DO NOT try the new formula. Hope to see the original back SOON.

I was very disappointed when I tried this new product. I loved the feeling of the original...my face felt "crisp" and clean. Now it's just sticky (and I seem to be breaking out even more). Hopefully Sea Breeze will give people a choice.

As a long time user of this product, I'm glad to see that I'm not the only person who is disappointed that Sea Breeze messed with the original formula. I had the same heavy film feeling that was mentioned. I sure hope that Drugstore.com does not run out of product before the company wises up and ditches this formula altogether.

Pity Idelle labs (subsidiary or parter of Helen of Troy Corp, apparently) tinkered with the original formula of Sea Breeze. This product does a good job of cleansing, no doubt, but it lacks the wonderful aroma and trademark tingle of the orignal formula of Sea Breeze. To me it has an offensinve odor that lingers even after the product dries. I will not buy it again.

25+ year user of Sea Breeze Original Formula. This product, Actives is terrible!! It has a funny odor and it leaves a film on your face. Your face does not feel clean after use. I thought they just switched names of the product since I couldn't find the original formula in a store. I was wrong. If you like the original formula, don't change. If you're looking to first try, buy original. Don't bother with this product.
