This product is everything the manufacturer had promised. An excellent shampoo that removes all l the chlorine thoroughly and leaves hair shiny and clean and really gets rid of that smell. My daughter is in her freshman year on her high school swim team and practiced 5 days a week. She knew she had to do something so her hair wouldn't get so dry and damaged from the chlorine. We had heard about it from our hairdresser but couldn't find it in the stores. But found it on drugstore.com and bought four bottles. The first time she used it she was so happy with it that it worked and shared it with her teammates. They also agreed it was the best product they've ever tried for their hair. She will continue to use it when she's on the winter swim team along with her younger sister, who also loves to use it. We really recommend this product!

The shampoo removes most of the chlorine. It'd be great if it removed 100%, but it does a good job nonetheless.

My sons both swim in high school and this product works great on chlorine. No green hair's here.

I'm a triathlete and have my hair colored regularly so it was really important for me to find a product that would help keep my hair healthy while training. I use this shampoo and conditioner as soon as I hop out of the pool. I actually use the shampoo to clean off entirely, swimsuit and all. I have no split ends and it doesn't leave a heavy residue. I use the conditioner on my hair before I put on my swim cap, and then after shampooing. I love it!

I use this after swimming, but it never gets all the Chlorine out of my hair, and although it smells nice in the bottle, once it mixes with the Chlorine makes a really bad smell.

Both of my young daughters are VERY blonde and our pool has turned their gorgeous blonde color to SCARY GREEN! Ultra Swim shampoo has saved their hair. It took a couple of washes, however now their hair has returned to its blonde color. I will continue to use it throughout the summer. The smell is fantastic and leaves their hair silky and shiny! A hair stylist I once went to recommended I get the chlorine out of my hair. I swim laps several times a week. I guess this stuff works but I always use a moisturizing shampoo afterwards then slather on conditioner. Used alone, this stuff leaves my thick curly hair stiff as a board.

My children were told to use a more expensive salon shampoo when swimming daily, and when I found this we switched. Great value, takes out tangles, really adds life to hair

I used it on very long, very curly dried from swimming everyday hair, it made it soft easier to detangle. Needs to come in a bigger size. I would buy it again.
