Why so small?  It's concentrated - three times!  method baby detergent is formulated for your little bundle of joy - it rinses clean and contains no harsh chemicals or dyes that can irritate baby's tender skin.  method's active enzymes penetrate tough baby stains to deliver an uncompromising clean.   And, to make things easier on you, our detergent is specially formulated to work on both standard and high efficiency (H.E.) washers.  Now that's tough in a gentle way.

Size does matter.  Every year, over 400 million gallons of water are used to dilute laundry detergents.  That squanders our planet's most precious resource.  Our concentrated formula contains 2/3 less water and requires less water to rinse clean.  Plus, this bottle is made of 25% or more post-consumer recycled plastic.

Measuring instructions are the same for standard and H.E. washers:  Use a full cap for normal loads.  Use up to a half a cap more for heavily soiled or large loads.
