This is a great, non greasy product for non waterproof mascara removal. Gentle for sensitive eyes and no oily residue. I've been using it for years. The price is also fantastic compared to others. I wish it came in a larger size. However, it does not work for waterproof mascara. I've found that Cover Girl Clean Makeup Remover does the trick quite nicely and at a great price.

It's true that this is non-oily, unscented and feels like water. Which would be great if it actually worked. I use soap and water to take off my regular mascara, but needed something to remove waterproof mascara, which I wear once in a while. After soaking the cotton pad and my eyelashes, the mascara didn't budge, and then even after scrubbing only a few flakes came off. I'm pitching this going back to my Lancme Bifacil, which, while greasy, takes everything off with just a couple gentle swipes.

I love this makeup remover. It may take saturating two or three pads to completely remove heavy eye makeup, but the remover itself is non-drying and non-oily. Also, great for the price.

I LOVE this remover! It works better than any I have tried at removing even waterproof mascara and doesn't irritate my eyes (I wear contacts). It is as gentle as water, but works better than any oily or stringent remover out there.

I agree Rimmel mascara is hard to remove with this formula, but I've come up with a routine that works for me. First I soak a cotton ball or pad in baby oil and gently press it on my lashes for a few seconds, then gently wipe away. I then wash my face and eyes with a gentle cleanser to remove the oil. Then whatever mascara is left over, I simply wipe away with this formula. I prefer it to anything else because it doesn't irritate my eyes, goes a long way and is relatively inexpensive.

This does not completely take off Rimmel mascara, nothing I have found takes Rimmel mascara off very well. Alas, they make a great mascara.

One of the only eye makeup removers that does not irritate my eyes. It does a good job, too.

This product is wonderful. Very gentle to my eyes and skin. I am very sensitive. It's easy to use, too. Just saturate a cottonball or pad and place on the eyelid a few seconds and wipe gently. It looks and feels like water but removes eyemakeup like nothing else I have used in the past.

Total dud. Irritated my eyes and skin, and was ineffective in removing waterproof mascara.
