I am surprised to be the first person to review this eye makeup remover cos I have read many reviews at Makeupalley before purchasing this item. I have tried many brands and I am quite happy with this item. If you insist on purchasing a non oily eye makeup remover, you should give this item a thought. Its cheap and effective even on waterproof makeup. If you dun mind an oil based eye makeup remover you can consider neutrogena as well. Both are highly raved.

I have been using this product for years and I love it. It is a water-based eye makeup remover as opposed to an oil based remover. I prefer water-based any day. This product is gentle and removes eye makeup easily with a cotton ball. The bottle lasts a long time and has a convenient flip top lid. I think its a great product.

I wear contacts and have oily skin. This removes eye makeup completely without oils and without any drying. Better than Clinique or Lancome.

This is the best eye makeup remover I have ever used. It doesn't burn my eyes, it's not greasy and it doesn't have any scent, yet it gets all of my eye make-up off effectively! Although I haven't noticed any drying side effects, I still use an under-eye moisturizer just in case. I have tried many different kinds of eye make-up removers and will only use this one now that I have found it.
