I have normally waivy hair and I color my hair ones a month so my hair is dry and frizzy, When I wash my hair even when I apply conditioner my hair still looks dull and frizzy. I use the Conair flat Iron and it leaves my hair looking silky and shiny, people always give me compliments, it never fails. The best part of the flat iron is I only need to use it ones a week because my hair stays straight and shiny. I love it, love it love it. Best Uses Comments about Conair Wet/Dry Ceramic Straightener, Model CS26VCS, 1 1/2", 1 ea: This straightner really stinks! My hair is not that thick but a bit wavy and gets very frizzy. While using this product my hair gets caught on the edges of the plates and I have to go over and over and over the same section of hair to get it anywhere near straight. I have more damage from the snags than I have from the heat styling it self. So not worth any money you want to spend on this, Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend (2 of 3 customers found this review helpful) Was this review helpful? Comments about Conair Wet/Dry Ceramic Straightener, Model CS26VCS, 1 1/2", 1 ea: I thought this product would be amazing, not ever having to dry my hair again, it does it for you! I was sooo weong, the only setting that it drys your hair is on the lowest one which makes noo sense, and even on this setting it did not dry my normal thin hair. on the highest setting (meant for dry hair) it was not hotter than my Gold n Hot flat iron. The next day I took it back to the store, RIPOFF! Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend (3 of 3 customers found this review helpful) Was this review helpful? Comments about Conair Wet/Dry Ceramic Straightener, Model CS26VCS, 1 1/2", 1 ea: I will admit off the bat that I have a hard time with flat irons. I have have wavy hair that gets crazy frizzy if I dont take care it. Ive had a lot of straighteners and this one is pretty low on the list. It took so long to heat up, it kept shutting off on me while I was still freakin using it, it took multiple run throughs to get it to straighten my hair and even then it just started curling 30 minutes later. The only good thing I can say about this it that I only paid [$] for it so if youre dead set on getting this go look for it in store. Comments about Conair Wet/Dry Ceramic Straightener, Model CS26VCS, 1 1/2", 1 ea: My hair is VERY curly (pipecurls all around), and coarse. I've had a really hard time with straightening my hair at home without the benefit of a [$] straightener, lots of product, and blowing out straight first. Tried this on curly bed-head with a mist of water on my whole head & straightening cream on the ends. Easy, frizz-free, and the cream keeps the ends from drying. Can do my whole head in 15 minutes... and my hair is past my shoulders. I've always envied the stylish straight 'do's. Now I have one every day. Best Uses Comments about Conair Wet/Dry Ceramic Straightener, Model CS26VCS, 1 1/2", 1 ea: I bought this straightener to try to skip the drying step when I want to straighten my hair. I used this on damp hair, and it did mostly dry my hair, but the hair was wavy/frizzy still. I had to wet my hair and start over without this product. I have course, thick, dry, wavy/curly hair and is useless to me. This might work on someone with fine hair. By Rebecca from Undisclosed Comments about Conair Wet/Dry Ceramic Straightener, Model CS26VCS, 1 1/2", 1 ea: This really doesnt even deserve a star. It was OKAY the first couple weeks that I had this. But then I started having people ask me if I got a haircut because it was cutting the ends off. I mean, for the price, it shouldnt do that. I will NEVER buy a straightener from Conair again. I cant believe it, over 2 months its taken about 2inches off my hair. Very dissatisfied (2 of 2 customers found this review helpful) Was this review helpful? Yes / No - You may also flag this review Displaying reviews 1-10 Previous | Next »
