Then I figured out that if I use my free hand to pull the outer corner of my eye toward my ear, it straightens my lash line and makes my lashes stand out better from my face-- making it very easy to set the curler on my lashes and giving me a great curl -- and preventing me from grabbing my eyelid with the hot grippers (ouch). Now that I figured this out, I love love love the results I get with this curler. Will never go back to unheated. So after reading reviews on several beauty blogs, I decided to try the Ardell Heated Eyelash Curler. The price was cheap in comparison to many heated eyelash curlers on the market. It heated up fast, as indicated by the changing curler pad on the device. I was afraid that I would burn by eyelid but that has not happened. This curler seems to hold the eyelid far enough from the heated elements. The con was that it took practice to get a natural look. When I first started using this curler, my lashes sported an L profile. You have to work your way down the lashes to achieve a natural curl. That aside, this curler is a nice value for the price. Best Uses Comments about Ardell Heated Eyelash Curler, 1 ea: I could not use this type of eye curler because my eyelashes were too long. I couldn't curl the base without the rest of my lashes getting caught up in the upper part of the contraption. Also, my eye is too wide for this

Comments about Ardell Heated Eyelash Curler, 1 ea: As I'm aging, I find I am losing lashes. The regular lash curlers are very hard on my eyelashes and seemed to routinely put them out. This curler is as delicate as you want to be. It curls quickly and lasts. I love this curler and would recommend it to everyone. I love it!!!!
