I have been using fragrance free Curel for years and I noticed it was becoming less effective. So I searched for other fragrance-free lotions. I have used St. Ives products before and except for the Apricot Scrub I was never impressed. So considering the price as opposed to the Curel I bought this. It is a waste of time and money for me. Might work for someone else but for me a total loss.

This lotion is a great all over moisturizer for lightly to heavily dry skin. My husband started using it for his dry skin, and I switched for my lightly dry skin. Good moisture is always good, right? I love it because i can use all over, including the bikini area, my face and neck. I tried it on my baby, who has toddler eczema, and it works better than other eczema baby brands. It absorbs in a flash and soothes the skin. I think for a price too, it has a wonderful value.

I tried this lotion when my husband was in the hospital after having surgery and complained that he was itching all over. I bought it in the hospital gift shop because it said "intensive healing" on the label. I've never used St. Ives products but thought it couldn't hurt. I slathered the lotion all over him and the itching stopped immediately. We both love it and it has lead me to try other St. Ives products, the apricot cleanser, the body wash, the oatmeal and shea butter lotion, and the collagen elastin moisturizer. The products are wonderful and the price fits into my budget. Thanks St. Ives.

This lotion works fine, but I couldn't really tell that it moisturized any better than the other St. Ives lotions. If you use another lotion in this product line and particularly like the scent, I'd stay with it.

This is BY FAR my favorite lotion! It absorbs quickly and helps my skin stay soft. I used to get a lot of hangnails (especially in the winter) but not since I've been using this product. I also like that it's unscented. You don't have to worry about it clashing with perfume or any other scent you may be wearing, which is nice. I can't find this lotion in any store anymore, so the Vitamin E one is a decent substitute, but Intensive Healing is definitely the best!
