I have an allergy to yeast which leaves my skin extremely dry. My allergist has recommended the use of Cetaphil products after a shower or bath especially and to hands and arms during the day. The Cetaphil Hand Cream is the only cream which helps my dry/cracked hands heal to its normal smoothness. I use it during the day and especially after using dish detergent. I will always use this product.

As a user of Cetaphil products for many years, the hand cream is an absolute great product. My hand are always in water and the hand cream really helps the harshness of detergents not dry my hands out. I apply it whenever I feel the need too and sometimes its a lot of times during the day. I wish it would come in a LARGER tube.

This is the best hand cream, and I have tried tons!! I am in the health care field and my hands are constantly dry from my profession. This is the only hand cream that can keep the winter cracks away. I highly recommend it. I used to be able to buy it at my local drug store, but I have had a hard time finding it in the past year. Best to buy it when you see it and make sure it is the therapeutic hand cream not the general hand cream.

Excellent hand lotion for these dry winter months. I can apply it in the office as it absorbs quickly and is not greasy. I have used other Cetaphil products and this is another great product from this company. I highly recommend it.

Works well. I rotate two or more products to maintain effectiveness and this one is a reliable. Usually shea butter products have a strong, unpleasant odor to me and this one does not. It has an odor, but it's very light, like many "unscented" products. This cream is slightly sticky, but the benefits don't outweigh this. It leaves my hands soft and smooth and that is the purpose of using it.

I have eczema on the top of my hands and in the winter time, it's awful. I've been using this product for about 5 years, ever since my dermatologist recommended it. It leaves my hands soft and moisturized and takes the redness away. The thing I love most about it is that it absorbs quickly because I hate hand lotions that make your hands all greasy. Also, it's great for people with eczema or extreme dryness because it doesn't burn like lots of other hand lotions.
