I get terrible headaches and these really help with the pain. It is so hard to find them and when I do the store usually just has the kids' size. The only complaint I have is that they don't stay on that well but as long as you don't move around that much they will stay.

I use these everytime I get a headache, which is sometimes quite frequently. They are great because I can go to sleep with these on my head. Cooling helps to alleviate the pain. Can't be without these.

It doesn't work very well on headaches, but it works great on broken toes, fingers, and other areas that are hard to keep ice on. I broke my toe right after I had knee surgery. It was great to cut a strip in half and put it around my little toe and forget it for the next 8 hrs! I've also used it on a sprained wrist. It's great because you can apply it and go about doing other things without worrying about a ice bag or such.

My son and I both use this product when we have a migraine. It stays wherever you put, and keeps the area cool for quite a long time. You don't have to lie down to keep it in place; it sticks in place so you can walk around while using it. It's also neat, with no messy drips as you would get using a washcloth or condensation from using a cold pack. It never gets too cold that it's uncomfortable-- just the right amount of cool to relieve migraine. We are frequent sufferers from migraine, so we order a lot of these.

These patches, for one, are TINY. And, they will not stick to anything let alone a forehead. As for the claim they last up to 8 hours, well, every single one I have used I have burned through in 30 seconds. No fever at all, they just dry right up. The WellPatch ones are INCREDIBLE, however. Buy those instead!

I've suffered from intense headaches since I was a child, and though I have them much less frequently now as an adult, I still occasionally get one of those headaches that sends you into a darkened, cold room for hours. My Mom, doing what moms do, saw these gel patches one day and bought them for me, figuring they'd be worth a try. She left them at my house and I pretty much forgot about them until a few weeks later when I had a splitting headache. I was amazed at how well they took the edge off of the headache. It takes a few minutes for the full cooling effect, and once it starts it's like having a cold compress right where your head hurts. For me, the cold numbs it enough that I can relax and fall asleep. When I wake up the headache is usually gone. One thing I have figured out is that you shouldn't try to put the patch onto your forehead perfectly smoothed out. The chemical reaction that creates the cooling effect needs oxygen, so the patches work much better if you put them on with the gel just making full contact with your skin. Pressing them down too much will keep them from getting as cold as they should. If you suffer from headaches you owe it to yourself to give these a try. I wish I had these things 20 years ago!

I really like these for my forehead when I'm feverish--they stick well as long as your skin is oil free and dry before placing them. I've put a gel sheet on at night and it's still there in the morning. You can trim them too, but they work best as a single sheet (adult forehead size). Best of all, they really work to help keep you cool--not a miracle product, but definitely a helpful one!

Having used these sheets for years for muscle aches, I can't say enough good things about them. They are great!!! They do indeed stick, you just can't put them on wet skin. And they stay cool for hours. Best invention to use alone or with meds, I use them all the time. Thank goodness someone created these! Please keep these in stock---forever.

These gel sheets do indeed feel nice and cool. However, they don't stick to anything at all, and especially not skin. So, unless you just want to hold them on yourself, it's not worth buying.
