Application Method
Cut open pouch and remove one cooling gel sheet.
Remove transparent film from back of gel sheet and discard. Place gel sheet on skin.
If desired, cut gel sheet to suitable size with scissors.
Store unused gel sheet in the foil pouch to prevent drying. Reseal pouch by tightly folding the pouch twice along the dotted lines.
Store in cool dry place. May even be stored in refrigerator for extra cooling.
For sanitary purpose, use each sheet only once and discard after use.

I've suffered from intense headaches since I was a child, and though I have them much less frequently now as an adult, I still occasionally get one of those headaches that sends you into a darkened, cold room for hours. My Mom, doing what moms do, saw these gel patches one day and bought them for me, figuring they'd be worth a try.
She left them at my house and I pretty much forgot about them until a few weeks later when I had a splitting headache. I was amazed at how well they took the edge off of the headache. It takes a few minutes for the full cooling effect, and once it starts it's like having a cold compress right where your head hurts. For me, the cold numbs it enough that I can relax and fall asleep. When I wake up the headache is usually gone.
One thing I have figured out is that you shouldn't try to put the patch onto your forehead perfectly smoothed out. The chemical reaction that creates the cooling effect needs oxygen, so the patches work much better if you put them on with the gel just making full contact with your skin. Pressing them down too much will keep them from getting as cold as they should.
If you suffer from headaches you owe it to yourself to give these a try. I wish I had these things 20 years ago!

These patches, for one, are TINY. And, they will not stick to anything let alone a forehead. As for the claim they last up to 8 hours, well, every single one I have used I have burned through in 30 seconds. No fever at all, they just dry right up.
The WellPatch ones are INCREDIBLE, however. Buy those instead!

I've been dealing with migraines for years. Migraine sufferers can probably agree: it's easy to tell when one is coming on. Sure, it can hit at an inopportune time, still, the symptoms are fairly recognizable.
It took years before I found something that worked for me. At the onset, I take an adult's dosage of chewable aspirin with some fizzy water - the fizziness of the water tends to hasten the absorption of the aspirin. Usually with an hour, the migraine is gone.
However, there are times that the migraine INSISTS on happening, no matter what I do. When this happens, I reach for Be Koool. Used in conjunction with aspirin, and sometimes aromatherapy, my migraine pain decreases, and eventually just goes away.
Be Koool has no obvious odor, and is really easy to apply. One thing of note, though: as mentioned, I've been using this product for several years. I am fairly certain the formulation has changed somewhat, because the product does not seem as strong as it used to.
When I first started using the product, I would feel an immediate cooling sensation when it was placed on the migraine area. Now, the sensation is barely perceptible, however the product still works.
In comparison to Head-On, this product is much better. Head-On did not work for me at all, but Be Koool most definitely does.

This product keeps your forehead cool. I have found this helps with migraines and simple headaches. The nice thing is that you can stick it on and not worry about it. I slept all night with one on and it didn't move.

Love this product. When nothing else even comes close to helping with migraine, this provides at least some relief. Seems to help with headache-related nausea too. I now keep a large stock on hand. Good for my kids' fevers too.

However, I wish the pads were a little longer so they stretch further across the forehead to reach over the temples. This product would then be perfect.

I often wake up with a migraine in the middle of the night, so I keep a package of these patches at my bedside. Honestly about 90% of the time when I get up to start my day, there has been no need to take my migraine medicine. I cannot thank the manufacturer enough for such a wonderful product!

This is the only thing that will give me instant relief of my frequent migraine and tension headaches. It works better than medication or Head-on. If you have a headache that won't quit, go to bed with one of these on and you will wake up good as new and pain-free. These have been a life-saver.

I get terrible headaches and these really help with the pain. It is so hard to find them and when I do the store usually just has the kids' size. The only complaint I have is that they don't stay on that well but as long as you don't move around that much they will stay.
