I have had five back surgerys and without this patch it is hard for me to go into work. I use this heat patch everyday so i can still do the things i normally could not do. Without this patch i am stiff and it is hard for me to do everyday activites. This product is a god sent to me. I have tried other products that just dont give me the same relife. I put this patch on when i get dressed for work about 6 o'clock in the morning and when i get ready to go to bed at about 10:30 at night it is still worm. It is thin so even when i dress up it dose not show through my clothing. There isn't a smell so now body ever knows i have it on. It is depressing not to be able to do everyday things because of back pain. I have damage to my siactic nerve and this patch allows me to travel and do those things most of us take for granted. I love this patch and recomend any one who has back problems to try it. you will be glad you did.

Not as much heat and bulkier than WellPatch. I liked WellPatch much better. It relieved my pain. Cura-Heat reduces the pain, doesn't eliminate it like Wellpatch heat pads. WellPatch lasted longer by a few hours as far as at least generating some heat which continued to keep the pain down.

Maybe I got a bad batch, but the patch did not even get warm. Had it not been next to my body absorbing my own body heat it would have been cold. After 3 hours of wearing it, waiting for it to heat up, I removed it, and felt it 10 minutes later- it was room temperature. Looking at all the warnings about possible skin burns would have been funny had I not bought 2 boxes of useless product.

I have used these type of hewat packs before adn highly reccommend them, but I won't buy this kind again because the warming substance is loose in the pack so after you stick it on it all settles to the bottom. Winds up as a lump of warming over a fractioln of the area coverage intended. It might be OK on a horizontal location like the collar bone, otherwise I'd try a different brand.

I must say I'm surprised by the reviews for this product. I felt absolutely no relief. The thing that threw me off was the instructions to only use this OVER clothing. I knew right there and then that this was going to be useless.
I've used heat packs that go directly on your skin with great results. I tried the Cura Heat one and threw the rest of the box out after two uses. It did not relief any pain in my shoulder at all.

Smaller than expected. Disappointed that warned against applying directly to skin. But it stayed warm for much longer than the recommended placement time. I just moved it around. Would work great if it came with some kind of wrap to hold in place over your clothes.

I love this product, it is very easy to use; I just place it on my underwear before I get dressed and it's like having a heating pad on without the cord. I don't like the products that you put directly on your skin.
