This stuff is great! Nobody carries it anymore so I was happy to see that drugstore.com had it. Smells wonderful!! I would recommend snapping lid shut whenever you use it to preserve the smell. Fresh and clean balsam fragrance but not too over powering. I highly recommend it!

This conditioner smells pretty awful. i dont understand how people out there can tolerate the smell. I read the reviews before purchasing this product, and thought i had found a 'real find'. The day after i got the conditioner i tried it, and holy cow that stuff is strong. its has a very 'old-lady-strong-perfume' smell, and it stays in your hair all day-so everytime my hair would move i'd get a whiff and it ended up giving me a headache. i would not recommend this conditioner for anyone else to buy, not unless youre looking to offend people with the smell. gross.

I have overtreated hair that is lightened by hair color products and this makes my hair easy to comb out and style, and leaves it really shiny and smooth.

I have used Flex for years. Being a sucker for anything that smells good, I have tried many other conditioners, but they pale quality-wise. The more expensive salon brands that I have tried smelled great but were useless for slightly dry hair. I take good care of my hair: no dyes, no highlights, etc. It is healthy, but a little dry. Flex is superb. It is the best that I've tried. I wish that they would bring back the Fresh Scent formula they had a few years ago.
