The absolute best over-the-counter product for acne I've ever used. I've suffered with bad acne since 17 (I'm now going on 30), and I've been on everything from Accutane, Proactiv, Retin-A, Benzamycin, Duac etc. Dermatologists and prescription medicines become pricey and a headache after a while. I can't recommend this product enough. It's a must-have.

For the past 3 years I had bad, bad, bad acne! I tried every product on the market. One morning on the news I saw that they were comparing this Oxy daily wash to Proactiv. And pretty much they had the same ingredients, but the only difference were the price. Anyway, I gave it a try and my face started to clear up. I think in order for this product to work, you must also use it Oxy Daily Cleansing Pads and Oxy Lotion. Now I don't have oily skin, and my face is clear.

This stuff is amazing!!! I wish I could give it more than 5 stars!! I am 33, and have had oily/acne prone skin since I turned 13. I have tried everything on this planet for it, including Proactiv, Accutane, Retin A, Differin, etc. I got so fed up with the expensive costs of seeing dermatologist and prescription medications with mere results that I just stopped taking them. Then I read the reviews for this, and decided to try it. WHAT TOOK ME SO LONG?!! If it had not been for the reviews on this site, I would never had known what a great product this was. The first night I used it, when I woke up the next morning I could already see a difference. I also use the vanishing lotion in the morning and at night, and the combination is unbelievable. Please try it if you suffer from acne! Oxy is more than a keeper...it's a life-saver and self-esteem booster!

This product seems to work well, and has not over-dried my skin. It does seem to noticeably shrink my pores and help prevent breakouts. However, the warning that it may bleach hair or dyed fabrics is important. It has completely bleached every towel that I have come in contact with.

Bought this for my husband who has oily skin, and it works! His skin is much drier now. In the morning when he wakes up, his skin less oily than mine. This product might be a little too harsh for long term usage, but it works short term.

What took me so long? I was using University Medical, Proactiv, Bioterm, Sekkisei, Aurascience-- you name it! This stuff helps treating my existing pimples in a matter of days... but I can see and feel the results within hours after washing my face! I use this wash, followed by 2% salicylic acid treatment pads, a soothing toner for my eye and neck area ( I like Nivea Visage Moisturizing Toner) a bit of lac-hydrin five to moisturize my face, and some 10% benzoyl peroxide spot treatment. This plan works for me because I have a follicle disorder. DO NOT USE IF YOU HAVE SUPER SENSITIVE SKIN!!

I've been using this product for about 9 years now (it used to come in pink bottles). I got lucky because it was one of the first things I tried, and has worked like a charm for me since. I just hate running out of it, because within a week the acne is back without it. I used to be able to buy it in a store near me, then they discontinued it there, and I ended up driving 1 hour to the closest location with it I could find. I actually ended up stocking boxes of this stuff, but ran out eventually. Luckily drugstore keeps offering it.

Works wonderfully - tried prescribed medication from internal and external, but this has been consistent in effectiveness. Doesn't dry out my skin, mild medicinal fragrance, and now increasingly difficult to find in stores. Happy that drugstore.com carries this. Also tried the Oxy "Chill" line, and find that it doesn't lather up as well as this.

I am simply blown away by this product. For many years, I had the kind of acne that would blow up and fade away, but always left its mark on my face. Although I never had very severe acne, not one product I have tried was able to completely rid my face of the blemishes. Except this one!! I bought this product because of the 5 star reviews on this site, hoping that it would be a miracle, but not getting my hopes up. IT WORKS! My pimples dried out, and any new pimples healed much faster than usual, leaving no marks. I have combination skin with certain areas that are dry, and others always oily and problematic. My face never felt too dry and didn't flake when using this (which is a big problem with me). If you've tried everything else, give this a try. It gave me smooth skin when I was convinced over the counter products would never work for me.
