I even tasted them, but they truly are just dry, tastesless junk! Don't waste your money. I switched to the Vita Vet peanut butter flavor wafers. My pom is 5 pounds and very picky........sheloves these annd would eat them all day i f i would let her. She keeps "fakin' in" and asking to go potty knowing she will get a vita vet peanut butter wafer. Price is right,too. glucosamine in them so tat is a plus for this old girl. I used to get the larger size, but the tiny ones work better for my 14+ year-old dog, who has lost some of his teeth. Sometimes, I hold these out to my dog, and sometimes I toss them onto the floor, adding a bit of a game for him. I try to give my dog all natural products when I can. That speaks a lot for the quality of the product because they all loved them so much that they all ran to me as soon as I opened the box, but if you have big dogs or multiple dogs or multiple big dogs, another product might be a little more cost effective. My dog is almost 14 and, as is often the case with little Poodles, he has had teeth pulled by the vet. So it's a bit of a challenge for him to chew treats. When I give him the regular size, I don't watch him eat them. But I know that it takes him quite a while. When he's up on the bed with me, I give him these little treats, which are far easier for him to get down. I love that these are natural. I want my little guy to live as long as he can and eating natural products is part of my plan. Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Was this review helpful? Not so with these. They actually looked at me like I was giving them medicine! Peanut Butter is their most favorite thing in the world but these treats don't even smell like peanut butter. Cardboard would've been more enjoyable for them. The dejected look on their faces was heart breaking so I quickly recovered and gave them a spoonful of peanut butter.
