I have used this product for many years, it helps keep my combination skin balanced and reduces the amount of blemishes. I use after cleaning my face morning and night. Very gentle, leaves my skin feeling refreshed. The fragrance is very light.

I've been using this toner for years, and as someone with sensitive skin and adult acne, I highly recommend it. It's not irritating like other toners I've used, and the natural fragrance is a pleasant pick me up in the morning. I've used other toners with this brand and also recommend them.

But once, after use, I notice a little redness on my skin. It lasted about a minute. Then my skin became tonned and moisturesed as usual. I dont know what it was but it happened

I, too, LOVED the old formula! Bring it back, if you CARE about what your customers think -- or soon you may not HAVE any customers. Why did you change it to be more "sustainable"? We are not planning to keep it around long enough to need it to be "sustainable" -- that is, IF we like it enough to use 2 times a day, which is how often I used the OLD formula!

It would be nice if they let you know they changed the formula of the product. I loved it before, now it stinks like dirty socks :(

I used this product and the other products in the CoQ10 line for about 4 years and really liked it. They recently came out with a newer, "more sustainable" version. I've discontinued using it because I just can't get past the smell of it. The same goes for the other product in the CoQ10 line.

This is the first and only product that my skin had a bad reaction in last 30 years. Toner did bubble up when I used with facial cotton, which no review mentioned when I checked before purchase. I really wanted to return this item to get my money back. However, Drugstore.com's customer service emailed me and said they only return money if it is at their fault. I will purchase NO PRODUCT from drugstore.com in the future. I will use Amazon.com if I want to buy anything. This is the worst product I have ever used and drugstore does not guarantee that they will return the money. Awful and unthinkable. Thre is no customer service whatsoever. Plus, returning cost money. Do you think I will send the product back spending my own shipping money without knowing that they would not pay the money back to me? Crazy. I am extremely upset about this product as well as drugstore.com's return policy. Again, please do not consider buying this product nor buying anything from this website.
