I carry this in my purse. Sometimes, I cannot stop to eat a meal and this holds me over. It tastes very good and doesn't have splenda in it. So it's healthier. I'm not even such a peanut butter fan and I still like the taste.

I like this product as a snack when I feel my bloodsugar may take a dip. It keeps me feeling good. I often use after exercise. I like that this flavor does not have Splenda type sweetener. I didn't know the other flavors had this and used them from variety pack. Got a nasty migraine! So...I guess I will stick with this flavor which is fine cuz it's yummy!

I love this product! I am 5 months post gastric bypass. I don't like breakfast, yet it is the most important meal of the day. Now I have a chocolate peanut butter bar (Yum) and I am set. Good protein, energy, controls my appetite and no highs and lows with my blood sugar.
