This has not lowered blood sugar but it is a decent meal replacement when life gets too busy to actually eat a lunch. Having to eat gluten free it is difficult to find meal replacement bars so I like this one. It's not the best tasting, but it ok.

I love these bars. I have them for breakfast several days a week, along with some nonfat yogurt. They keep me full through my work out and on till lunch, and I think they taste great. Great berry flavor.

If you like a mix of berries and granola in a nutritional snack bar, then this is an excellent product! Its low-carb content makes it ideal for all my family members, especially the diabetics, and tasty enough for those who don't really have to watch their sugar intake. A chewy and crunchy bar--very satisfying.
