I found this product to be the best one I have ever tried on my hair in regards to color lasting and sticking to the gray. It is a beautiful color with just the right touch of reddish highlighting to it. The only problems I have with this product is the conditioner isn't enough to last until the next coloring, and my hair became a bit brittle after a couple of shampoos. I had to purchase a separate intense moisturizer when other products include a whole tube of conditioner. Other than that, I love this color and finally after all these years found a color that stays! I will purchase again and recommend to family and friends.

This product looks nothing like the picture! My hair is this medium brown color. Instead of the red-brown on the box, my hair turned this really dark brown/almost black color. You can barely see any red unless you shine light directly on it.

I've tried many different brands of hair color and I have to say that this is the one that I'm least impressed with. Other brands (like Clairol) left my hair feeling soft and healthy, whereas this one left it feeling very brittle. Also, the color came out completely different than on the box, it looks very dull. I would recommend going with Clairol or Loreal instead of this one.

This is the very best hair color I've ever used, and I've been coloring my hair for 40 years. The smell is wonderful; it leaves the hair silky soft; the color is beautiful.

I love this product. The color covers the gray really well; it makes my hair look smoother and shines. Its really good. I also love the gloves. Other products have different gloves and they get torn very easy and I get color all over my hands. I have been coloring my hair since I was 15 and Im now 33, so you can say half of my life, and this is a product that I would definitely recommend. One suggestion: why they dont come with a shower cap? I use a plastic bag all the time, because I like to do other things while I wait for it to work and I dont want to be tied in the bathroom waiting. -Anna from Tacoma, Washington. 01/02/08.

This color came out really well on me especially considering that my hair was already various colors from previous color treatments. The only down side was that I stained a couple of towels pink after washing my hair a few times. It didn't really stay on my hair too well at first.

This is one of the best hair color products I've used in a long time. I will definitely be using it again. I made the mistake of using a different product when I just colored my hair again, and now I will be re-doing it as soon as I can with this product. Leaves hair shiny, soft, and with lasting color!

I liked the color, but it washes out way to fast.
