I put this on my wet curly long hair and it stuck my curls together with a "hard" content and I had to rewash my hair the next day. I bought this because it advertised "soft" curls which it definitely was not. I don't comb or brush my hair obviously, but it gave my hair a matted look. It was awful!

I use every time I wash hair, and let it dry without a blow dryer. Works like a setting lotion.

This is probably the best curl defining gel that I've found so far. It doesn't weigh my hair down, it takes away frizz, it smells great (but not over poweringly great) and it works. I cut my long hair over three years ago and it was suddenly curly (it had be straight my whole life) so being tossed into a curly lifestyle was hectic. I didn't know what to use, let alone HOW to use anything. It took about a year for me to find any good products. I orginally just used the Samy i-style "I'm Twisted" gel, but that got discontinued and it wasn't holding well enough. Then I tried this because of several recommendations and it was almost perfect. The only things I dislike about this gel are, one the small size. It will last about a month, maybe, for me, so I'm buying it constantly. The drugstore price isn't a problem though. And secondly, I feel like this, by itself, was drying out my hair just a little bit. It didn't bother me at first, I used a leave in conditioner with it, but then I started getting some frizz. So I just added the Samy styler back in, because it has no alcohol and voila! Perfect curls.

I use this product every morning after shampoo and conditioning. I love how the style of my hair comes out after I have blow dried it. It is by far my favorite styling product!

I use this product when I have gotten out of the shower, and have had a towel in my hair for like 10 minutes. On the bottle, it says the official directions are to just run the product through your hair. This did not work for me, It made my hair stringy. However, when I first mix it through my hair, while bending over then scrunch it to my head, then I flip it back up and DONT PLAY WITH IT AND DONT BRUSH IT AND DONT MESS WITH IT it makes perfect waves and curls! It stays hardly crunchy at all and dries ALMOST completely silky. It's just what I've been looking for!

I only use it on the ends to control the last 3 inches of hair.
My hair is down to my shoulders. It controls the frizzies, and allows a natural wave at the end to be more controlled. It's definitely not messy nor gooey. I think it's just right and I don't need to use much...

This hair gel is great. I have very long, waist length, very curly, color treated, FRIZZY hair. I have been trying to cut out using hairspray and mousse, and find a good hair gel that won't make my hair hard and unmoveable. I use this gel with with Biosilk and my hair comes out frizz- free, defined and shiny. My hair looks healthy. The gel washes out with water, too. This stuff is great. Besides the fact that it says hard and crunchy on the tube, it does not make my hair hard and stiff AT ALL. It's not crunchy either, it just curls very naturaly and it's even touchable. I also like Biolage gelee, and dep number 8 moisture gel. I find the least amount of products you use is healthier for your hair.
