I would highly recommend Flight Spray. I am a flight attendant and in past years, suffer from sinus infections. This year has been very different for me. It is refreshing, and can be used discreetly while on the plane. I am placing my 2nd order today, so I do not run out of this wonderful product.

Shake well before use. Spray 2 or 3 times into each nostril and repeat as needed, during and after each flight. With head upright, insert nozzle into nostril. Spray firmly, quickly and inhale deeply. Exhale through the mouth.
