This product works really well and it does match your skin tone, but.... If you have any acne at all this doesn't cover it. You will have to use a concealer. But all in all it's a great Foundation.

I have fair to light skin with a tan in the summer. blonde hair and blue eyes. Pinkish undertones and alot of acne hyperpigmentation (hard to cover although i feel I've mastered) I use cetaphil cleanser and then use Saving Face..a tanning lotion for the face. Its great not greasy at all and i think thats the key for good makeup coverage and those of us with acne prone skin. I then use the light version of loreal mineral concealer on my imperfections. I then use the almay and it does take a while to blend in. I put my makeup on in natural sunlight. after that, there can be some spots that are darker than my actual skin so i put a little more concealer on in those spots and blend..it seems to work really well. with natural looking coverage and a luminous glow. no one product will make you look fabulous. experiment! I am very happy with this product mainly because it eventually blends and doesnt look like makeup at all. oh yes..and touch your face with some transluscent powder. i just use covergirl transluscent medium. yep.

The first time I bought this product it was great, the second purchase is not. Somebody cheapened the fomula in the meantime.

I bought this product because I was curious, and to be honest I wasn't expecting much. However I was impressed. I have light skin but with olive tones, and I've yet to find a foundation that doesn't make me look orange. The light-medium shade was just right and does an amazing job of matching my skin tone. The coverage is pretty sheer so if you have problem skin it might not work well for you, but if you want a sheer foundation, it is just right.

This product is great as a tinted moisturizer with SPF. It blends so well and feels unlike other foundations which can feel heavy or cakey. Coverage is not an issue if you use a spot corrector before applying. It really does mix well with other make up products, gives a natural glow and you can feel great facing the day knowing your skin is protected!

I've been using this product for some months now, and have been very pleased. It applies smoothly and doesn't clump like other foundations. It's very light and doesn't cover pimples, but it really does a great job with matching my skin tone in a very natural-looking way.

I used this makeup & I liked it. But my face started burning & 2 days later my face was like elephant skin, & peeling like I had been sunburned. I will not use this again, my face is still not right.

Most of the foundations that I've tried usually clump up or settle into the fine lines around my eyes. I love that Smart Shade already has SPF 15 and goes on smoothly. However, it doesn't cover my acne scars; I still need to use a concealer for my blemishes. Other than that, this is a great product. I won't need to spend a ton of money for Prescriptives Custom Blend foundation anymore.

I received this today. I really like it a lot. Your skin looks very pretty after putting this on. I have a medium skin tone. I wish they carried the smart blush; I would like to try that also. Its very nice and its a very good price. Better then some more expensive ones. Nice coverage.

This works very well for me - I have sensitive skin with a touch of rosacea. This Almay product definitely evens out my skin tones and is non-irritating. Coverage is light but that's all I want.
