There is a reason that this product is so cheap. I think this is the worst product I have ever used on my hair in my entire life. I used on my hair last summer and at first my hair was lighter, but then after I washed it a few times I noticed that it was turning orange. Now I have to live with orange hair for about a year until my hair grows out to my normal color. I would really advise no one ever use it, especially if you have well water.

This product deserves a negative 5. I used Sun-In in my hair as a natural blonde and at the time thought it was great...until I decided to go get my hair colored red. I was in the salon and my hair started smoking. The lady asked what kind of products I have used on my hair before and when I mentioned Sun-In, she told me that is the worst stuff you can put in your hair and that it caused a reaction on mine. My hair was fried and blotchy because she had to rinse my hair quick to save it.

This product deserves zero stars. While it made quite a few red highlights in my dark hair, it completely damaged my hair beyond belief. If you want lighter, but totally damaged and distressed hair, this is the product to buy.

Sun-in has NEVER made my hair the *least* bit frizzy, and I have been using this product for almost 3 years. If anything, it makes it even healthier! Sun-in lightens my medium brown hair to a perfect shade of light blonde. People are always surprised when I tell them that I am really a brunette. Great product.

I used this product hoping that it would turn my meduim brown hair blonde. It ruined my hair and made it frizzy and damaged. IT also did not make my hair blond, but more a reddish color. I have to have my hair died back to the original color. Thanks a lot, Sun-In.

Sun-In was great for my dark blonde hair! It brought out a lot of highlights and gave me a great sun-kissed look! I recommend it for anyone that is a shade of blonde, but not in the brown range! This is great for lightening hair, but after about three uses (which is what it takes to work), it makes your hair frizzy and crinkly. It damaged my hair and now I have to wait for new hair to grow in. It's really not worth it.
