Not sure about this product yet. I guess I need to give it time.

For over 20 years I wore acrylic nails and my natural nails were a disaster - I finally tired of the process and spoke to my dermatologist who suggested taking biotin to strengthen the nail beds and restore my natural nail after I removed the acrylics. My natural nails peeled, split and were weak. Now I enjoy stronger, healthy, fast growing nails that look great - nail beds no longer have stride marks and the nails are very hardy. My hair is healthier, more shine and grows fast. I have thin, baby hair and it is very manageable at this point. This definitely works. I've been taking these pills for two weeks and already notice a difference in my skin, hair, and nails. Its generally meant to aid in metabolizing fats, carbs, and protiens. However, it aids also in physical attibutes(skin, hair, and nails). Products usually take about three months to totally take affect. Anyone who does not see results right away should at least give it about 3months to see if it actually works. You won't be dissapointed.

The wife and I use this regularly and the nails grow. I also use it for hair growth...but after six months of use, I can't actually claim that it helps in anyway with anything besides nail growth despite claims for hair growth too.

This product was great! I am not one for being satisfied with many products, only a couple in my lifetime. This product grows my hair in just as little as a couple of weeks. I take it in the morning w/breakfast (just one). I measured my hair before I took it the first time and there after----immediate results/amazing.

It's too soon to tell, but I've been doing a lot of reading on biotin and I'm hoping this will help with my hair falling out at a more faster pace than usual. I've had my thyroid tested and I'm okay with that and it seems that I'm healthy otherwise. Let's hope that this product helps.

I've been taking 3 of these on a daily basis and my hair has grown three inches since October and seems to be fuller. I have thin, fine hair and am truly amazed that these pills could make it much thicker. I order 4 bottles at a time so that I won't run out. My skin seems to much smoother and clearer too. My nails also seem to be growing but since I'm a typer I have short nails anyway. This product won't let you down. It really works.
