Tremendously helpful for my dropped metatarsal. I started using them in heels and now use them in every pair of shoes. Yeah, they move when you take your foot out sometimes and you have to re-adjust them in the shoe, but that is a minor inconvenience and I'd rather have them moveable rather than glued down in case they deteriorate and have to be replaced.

They cushion the ball of the foot well, but they slip around and fall out of the shoe easily. The top is also not that comfortable on the bare foot because its rubbery feeling.

A total waste of money. So thick they take up too much room, and don't leave enough space for your toes. Even when you find the right shoes where there is enough space for the insole, the glue is so poor it won't stay. I tossed mine in the trash after trying to get them to work with any pair of my shoes. I guess the search continues...

They are really thick, so if you have a closed-toe shoe, don't use it! Also, if you apply them to the shoe and need to adjust them because they weren't placed properly, the adhesive works only twice. After that, use tape.

Wipe inside of shoe clean
Remove clear plastic backing from bottom of cushion
Place the left cushion with the gel waves down into the left shoe so that the cushion rests in the widest portion of the shoe just in front of the arch
Repeat with the right cushion and right shoe
Replace insoles every six months
If insole gets dirty, wipe clean
