So disappointed. I love Neutrogena products, so of course expected this to be outstanding. The product... the powder foundation may be wonderful, but most people will never get to find out! It's impossible to get enough powder on the brush to do anything! I hit it on the bottom, sides, shake and shake... for just a tiny bit! This is the worst design I have ever seen.

This has to be the worst mineral makeup I have tried. I purchased it and it was mess free, but terrible to use. Attempting to get a good amount of the mineral powder out was difficult. It could be the tint of the brush bristles, but I had a difficult time determining if I had makeup on the brush or not. Once I got it out of the container, the coverage was minimal. That's great if you have completely flawless skin, but mine isn't. I don't have acne, but my cheeks have a little more red tint to them than I like. It did not cover the redness in my face.

I was a little nervous trying this product, given its very mixed reviews, but I am very satisfied. The coverage is light and the delivery, while a little bit inconsistent, is easily manageable. Perfect for someone wanting to sample mineral makeup.

Love this product! I have bought two so far, and had no problem getting the product out. I have tried the more expensive mail order mineral makeup, and it made me break out with terrible acne. With this makeup, my acne seems to have diminished.

I'm not a fan... When it comes out, it covers nicely, but I find myself beating the stick repeatedly just to get enough to come out to cover, and even then it often covers unevenly. I keep it in my purse for touch ups, but I won't buy it again, it's just too hard to deal with. I also tried the bronzer, and that seemed to come out a little better (odd, same design) but it still was uneven, and since the bronzer was so much darker than my skin tone, the unevenness was very visible. (I was trying bronzer for the first time, it's too dark for me, that's my fault, not the product, but it didn't come out evenly, and that is a problem with the container). I must admit, I put off trying this mineral makeup when it came out because I was a little skeptical. After trying it, my only regret is that I didn't try it earlier. It is absolutely awesome. I use the Neutrogena Healthy Skin Smoothing Stick concealer, and then buff on the minerals, and voila, a beautiful glow and awesome coverage. I absolutely love it. The mineral bronzer and Mineral Sheers eyeshadow is fabulous also. It works just as good as the more expensive "Sheer Cover" products, with a lot more money in your pocket instead of theirs. I hope that anyone thinking of trying it, does give it a try. Especially if you have used the more expensive ones and are tired of paying too much.

I simply don't understand how anyone could have trouble getting the powder to come out. You simply put the cap on, turn it upside down, and slap the bottom once. There you go, instant powder. I love this product because most foundations make me break out and this one gave me great coverage without looking like I was wearing makeup at all. I would not recommend carrying this around in your purse though, the powder can shake loose and make a bit of a mess when you open it.

The delivery system is awful. You cannot, I repeat, simply cannot get the powder to come out. My husband ended up putting it in a baggie and smashing it with a hammer, then I poured the powder into an empty container I had, sifting through the bits of plastic that had broken up in the baggie! Stick to Sheer Cover, L'oreal or Bare Minerals Foundation powders. These have intelligent designs. Sorry to sound so cruel, but using this makeup was very frustrating AND a waste of my hard earned money. To top it off, the coverage and texture isn't as good as the brands mentioned above.

I'm amazed this has so many stars when it seems that the majority of reviewers have had the same problem - getting the powder to come out. I had the same problem, have tried it many times, and have just decided to give up. I love Neutrogena products in general, and have a feeling that I would like this one too, but the fact remains- I can't get it out!!

I wear very little makeup. This is light and airy. It is not meant to be caked on to cover up everything. It keeps the oil off of my nose, and that is what is important to me. I had no problem at all getting the powder to come out of the brush. I think this is a convenient gadget. Travels in my purse better than a brush and a compact.
