When I stop using this product my weight seems to creep up to a point I am not overjoyed with. The price of the product has crept up as well but at Drugsdtore.com it is less expensive than the health store. I use the pill in combo with exercise and healthy eating. The pills tend to make you sweat more when you are working out. I don't sweat as much when I don't take the pills. Lost 25 pounds so far:) You can take the pills for 2 months and after that you have to take a break from them. Then you start allover again with the pills if you like.........

I love this product. I started taking it after my daughter turned 7 months. It works good by itself, but even better with good eating habits & some exercise. It did make me a bit queezy if I didn't take with food. I also pair it with a carb blocker for starches sometimes too & they mix fine!

I use the product as indicated and also exercise almost everyday. Even if I don't loose the weight as fast as I want, this product helps me perform effectively during the day. When I first started taking it I follow the instructions,but once I started taking the 2 capsules two times a day, I was not feeling good. I decided to take just one two times a day. I'm not seriously overweight but I have about 15 lbs to lose. I like the gym but I don't always eat right. Back when diet pills used to contain ephedra, they worked wonders for me. oh well. Anyway, I'm not sure why this has so many good reviews. for me it was just a caffeine pill and it didn't seem to enter my system consistently. one day I'd be jittery and the next I'd feel better. either way though it didn't suppress my appetite. Save your money.

After using this product for over a month I would say that it has helped with weight loss if you continue to keep a regular workout routine as well. I will recommend that you take your second dose very early in the afternoon because if you don't it can be very difficult to fall asleep. I also found that if I took it before a meal I would get very bad heart burn. I am on my second bottle and I would probably say don't use it more than two bottles as the label recommends.

As far as diet pills go - this is probably your best bet. There are no cure alls or magic pills. Combine this with DIET! Losing weight is 90% nutrition, 10% fitness. Eat clean. You may be exercising but you won't see significant weight loss if you aren't cutting your calories and eating the right things - simple as that. This doesn't make you lose weight magically; it simply accelerates regular weight loss. Instead of losing 2 lbs a week you might lose 3-4. I've lost 5 lbs in about 10 days by combining lipo-6 with diet. In general I wouldn't recommend diet pills unless you are struggling to lose the last bit of weight and have hit a plateau. If you are caffeine sensitive this is NOT for you. Follow the directions and build up your dose appropriately, do not start at full dose.

This seemed to work for me to get a move on losing a few pounds, but after taking it, working out hard, and eating right I had the worst stomach pains and heartburn.
