Love this product! Had a complete hysterectomy 10 years ago and was dealing with it pretty well for awhile, but then last few years started being very irritable and moody, lashing out at people. Well heard about this product and It keeps my head from doing a 360!!!! Been using this product for two years now. Now I feel like a new person instead of feeling I was in a fog and wanting to choke everyone. Really helps with mood swings and irritability.

I was hesitate to try this product (or any other) and was pleasantly surprised by how fast it works (and I'm only use it once-a-day)... My sleep has improved and night sweats are a lot less. I wish I'd begun using this product years ago. I love the packets! The directions are a little vague, but I called the company and was told to use 2 packets a day (morning & evening) 3 weeks on and 1 week off.

I use this product at night to up my progesterone levels to promote sleep. I use these packets when I travel as they are easy to pack and take in my carryon bag.

It is recommended to use twice a day but I only use it at night now for maintenance and it works great for stopping hot flashes. I was having severe night sweats and this stopped them after a couple of months (using twice a day). I continue to use it and it has kept them away.

My first perimenopause symptoms started about a year ago, at 42. I started having severe breast pain for 3 weeks a month, irregular periods when I had always been regular like clockwork, and worse than usual PMS mood swings. This cream stopped my breast tenderness almost immediately, and regulated my periods within a couple of months. I use the cream for 21 days then off for seven - and always look forward to starting it again because my mood improves. As a previous reviewer says, it makes you feel good all over.

After using it for two months, I can see that it has helped to regulate my mood swings. If hasn't done much for my bloating and breast pain––so far.

The perforation at the top of the capsule can be very difficult for me to tear open. If it doesn't tear open at first, turn it around and tear it from the opposite direction. If that doesn't work, I resort to using scissors.

Other than the problems I have trying to tear them open and the fact that they can be found cheaper online, they seem to be okay.

I was taking black cohash and soy vitamins for the hot flashes and they didn't work. My sister recommended this product, and I was at a point were I was willing to do just about anything to get rid of the hot flashes. The first week of use, I didn't see much difference. It was only during the second week that I noticed that I didn't get as many hot flashes and they weren't as severe. (I would just break out dripping sweat on the spot!) I am now starting my third week and have only had a few instances of discomfort - but nothing like before. So, I have already placed my order for my second box. This is a product that I would recommend to all who have severe hot flashes! I take Vitamin D for the mood swings, so I can't tell if this product helps with that or not.

This cream is amazing. I was having various perimenopausal symtoms, and this improved my situation dramatically. I have used both the tube and the packets and like the packets better - they make it a lot easier to get the exactly right dosage.
