For me it's not as bad as others say. For the water-proof mascara it takes a few times to remove it completely. I use the the other oil-free one to remove the delicate part and everything goes fine. For the price it's not a bad choice.

Just go for the Lancome and don't waste your time or money on this stuff. It simply does not work.

I bought this remover months ago, and still have almost the full bottle left. I just can't bring myself to keep using it -- and I hate wasting products. It is not effective (my mascara ends up smeared all around my eyes rather than removed), and it stings my eyes as well.
