I have never had such a bad experience with a laxative. I took it over 24 hours ago and I am in extreme agony! I have the worst stomach cramps... I feel like my intestines are going to explode! I would not recommend this product to anyone!

I read the other reviews and have to disagree. However, maybe I would experience what they do if I took the recommended dosage of TWO tablets. I take ONE before I go to bed - no cramping, no problems and perfect results in the morning. I hope this helps others because I like it better than any other similar product I've tried.

I will never use this product again, I had the most excrutiating cramps ever. The pain was so bad all I could do was ball up in a knot and try to fall asleep, and it did not help with the constipation.

I've suffered with IBS and constipation for years, and every once in a while I'll need to take a laxative. This caught my eye in the store, and let me tell you, it was one of the worst experiences ever. Cramping, nausea, and the result wasn't even worth it. And the cramps weren't just during... they lasted for at least 2 hours. Awful product.

I'm giving this product 4 stars because it works. However, ditto on the other customer reviews that indicated severe cramping and an overall sick feeling. I only took two and woke up in the middle of the night in utter pain. The "effect" of the product kicked in that morning with diarrhea. Overall, though, this product is good on an emergency basis.

Although this product can generally be effective, you almost ALWAYS feel cramped which include sensations of nausea even WITH the recommended dosages. So, "take at your own risk" can be safely be said of this product.

I do not recommend this product to anyone. I woke up in the middle of the night with cramps and I felt really sick to my stomach. I do not know if laxatives are supposed to create this horrible feeling, but I would recommend taking something else.

I've tried this product twice and both times I was not happy. The first time I took three pills (manufacturer recommends 1 to 3 pills) before I went to bed. After about 2 hours, I woke up nauseous, my stomach was cramping and I was in lots of pain but the pills did its job. The second time, I took one pill and again woke up nauseous but this time with no results. Although I haven't found an alternative, I definitely do not recommend this product.
