Do not use this product if: You have already experienced any reaction to haircolor products or if you have an irritated, sensitive or damaged scalp.
Haircolor products can cause allergic reactions which in rare cases can be severe. If you have a tattoo, the risks of an allergic reaction may be increased. Before using this product, you must perform a preliminary 48 hour skin allergy test according to accompanying directions.
In rare cases, use of hair dye has been associated with skin depigmentation (skin lightening or loss of skin color), which may be temporary or permanent. If you notice any skin depigmentation or other allergic reaction such as discomfort or severe itching, discontinue use immediately.
Do not use this product at all if you have depigmentation problems such as white patches on your skin (a condition called vitiligo) or if you have a family history of skin depigmentation problems, as an allergic reaction may cause temporary or permanent loss of skin pigment.
Caution - This product contains ingredients which may cause skin irritation on certain individuals and a preliminary 48-hour patch test according to accompanying directions should be done first. This product must not be used for dying the eyelashes or eyebrows - to do so may cause blindness.

My husband has been using Just For Men for a few years now to cover his gray. He had been using the Light Brown shade and it was a good match for his hair color. However, recently the packaging changed and it seems like the formula might have changed also. The Light Brown shade is now way too dark. I just found this Lightest Brown/Dark Blond shade on drugstore.com - I haven't seen it in the store. He tried it he other day, and it seems to be a closer match. So, as others have mentioned, it's probably best to choose a shade lighter than you think you want. My other comment is that I think this stuff is a bit messy. I find a lot of spatter on the counter.

The 5 minute dye job does the job, refreshes my hair without looking fake. Go lighter than darker and try leaving it in for a little less than 5 minutes. Do not be afraid.

I buy this for my husband. It gets rid of his gray, and he has a lot. He looks younger. This shade is perfect for his hair. It doesn't come out too dark, but it does cover most of the gray. It's fast and easy---or he wouldn't bother. He needs to use about once a month or so as the gray just keeps growing out. But the color on the ends does not fade.

It was very easy to use and provided great coverage for my husband, but color was much, much, much, darker than displayed in cover photo on box and labelled. My husband has dirty blond hair (lighter in summer and which turns a very light brown in winter). We ordered dark blond and there was no blond in color at all. Color came out so dark brown that people teased my husband for 3 weeks (until color started to wash out). Even now it is the darkest that his hair has ever been since I have known him. Definitely order two shades lighter than actual hair color!
