Not dry.
How to describe the scent... it smells exactly like air freshener my grandmother used in her guest bath 20 years ago. Not the ideal scent for my face. I feel bad for my boyfriend every time I use this. Fragrance is an irritant; Neutrogena should know better. It covers beautifully without feeling greasy in the least. I tend to apply my sunscreen rather liberally and I want it to soak in, which this does. I don't detect any smell at all, another important thing to me. Reasonable prices so well worth trying for great SPF protection. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

I'm the type that always burns, so I bought this to try on my vacation in Hawaii and I was so impressed! I was outside every day and I didn't burn (miracles of miracles). I like the feel of it too, not greasy and seems to disappear on the skin. Scent is mild and nice too. I'm also going to buy the SPF 30. First sunblock worth buying! | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Hmmm...what can I ... by NA in Brooklyn, NY on 5/1/07Hmmm...what can I say...well let me start with the good. It is a light moisturizer. It is not greasy and it did not break out my skin. The bad is that it leaves a sheen on your skin that can be good if you are going for the dewey look, but bad if you have oily skin it looks oilier as the day goes by. Also the lotion if sitting for too long, make sure to shake it before using it because the ingredients tend to separate, and when you squeeze the tube a clear oily liquid comes out, so please shake before use. If you have dry patches, you will notice that sometimes it makes those areas look more scaly. Just my opinion because that's the experience I had. But on a good skin day, the moisturizer is perfect. I even put in on my neck, shoulders, and chest for the soft sheen. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

This did not add oiliness, in fact it seemed to keep my skin looking matte. It didn't cause itching or burning. Also, underneath powder foundation it seemed to smooth the skin texture, lessen the appearance of pores, and help my makeup look fresh/matte longer. Also, when I reapply after a few hours it rolls up like I have too many products on my face. I only wear serum, lotion and sunscreen, so that shouldn't happen.
