It is very dry and smooth to the touch, and has a very pleasant scent. I use this product year 'round, and found that even with extensive sun exposure, it works great. I apply a thick even layer without rubbing it into my skin too much, and it dries clear, smooth, and dry to the touch in a few minutes and protects all day. Great for winter snow sports, and protects against sun and wind burns. For summer water sports, it is water and sweat-proof. I have very fair skin that burns easily, but even so I find that I hardly ever have to reapply! | ||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Best sunscreen EVER! ... by Anonymous in Undisclosed on 11/8/06Best sunscreen EVER! Feels smooth after you rub it in, and really protects and lasts. I have lily-white, very sensitive skin. I just have to open the shades and I burn! After having several nasty items removed from my body due to sun exposure, I went on the search for the sunscreen that I would truly wear every day and this is it. I am sold. I use it every day, and it works great. And it's one of the only sunscreens that my kids will put on without a wrestling match. So my advice is to buy a hat, get this sunscreen, and you'll have it made in the shade! | ||||||||||||||||||||||||

It's waterproof, but it's not sticky at all, and an SPF 55. I attended an outdoor wedding in the desert this summer. I sprayed it on my just-shaven legs and it did not even sting. It felt so cooling. However, if you're careful how much you use and rub in really well, it's okay-looking, though not at all invisible as stated. Halloween make-up aside, it is the most effective sunscreen ever. Lasts forever and truly blocks rays, as I discovered during 11 days on the beach in Belize where my skin stayed pretty much it's own color while everyone else around me tanned darker each day. Best sunscreen I've used yet (and I've been on a find-THE-best-sunscreen-ever mission for the past two years!). I give this sunscreen 4 stars instead of 5 because of the Halloween-mask effect. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||

I have been wanting a waterproof/sweatproof sunscreen like this for years! I hate when sunscreens say non-greasy, but it really still has a greasy feel to it. This is not like that. It's actually dry to the touch once it dries. I was using Coppertone Sport before this, but it still had slight greasy feel to me. I'm married to the Neutrogena Ultra Sheer, Dry Touch Sunblock now! (I don't use this on my face...just my body. For my face, I use sunscreeen specifically for the face.) | ||||||||||||||||||||||||

I like this sun block because is SPF 55, block both UVA and UVB and I have oily skin, but this sun block won't give me a greasy feeling. I have sensitive skin *and* I am annoyed by weird scents, so I'm baffled at the negative reviews that state this product smells. It goes on smoothly (I mix it with my Prescriptives tint) and I don't feel too greasy. |
