| I bought this product ... by Monica in Undisclosed on 7/24/06I bought this product because it's Neutrogena and the SPF is 55. I've been wearing it everyday for about 2 weeks, and it hasn't caused any breakouts. It does make my face very shiny after I apply it. But I put powder over my skin, and that makes my face matte enough. The bad part is when you use this in conjunction with other products, it just feels like too much. My plan is to use this for the rest of summer though, and to use a moisturizer with spf 15 once it's fall. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

My face is very oily, but this product didn't add any. Sometimes after a few applications of this, I'd get like a white residue in the folds of my arms and legs, but I just had to rub it in again. I liked the idea of not having a sticky face after putting on sun screen, so I thought I'd try this. Well, it doesn't make my face shiny, but it also doesnt have enough moisturizer to keep my face from having dry spots. I read both the good and the bad reviews of the sunscreen on the site, and decided to try it anyway...I always use Neutrogena products on my face, so I figured there wouldn't be a problem. Like others, I had an allergic reaction to the sunscreen and got a really bad rash. I realize that everyone's skin is different, however, my skin is not very sensitive and I have never had this kind of reaction to another skin care product. Also, I thought it was weird that when I told other people the story, both my friend and my father said they had the same allergic reaction. Weird. It absorbs almost instantly without a greasy feeling, and it has a light fresh/clean scent. (Again, my husband doesn't like strongly scented products- but he doesn't even notice the scent.)
