This is a great way to carry an entire bag of salad mix, along with a few other veggies or beans. The 4-cup capacity is great. My only quibble is with the lid: the knob mechanism that releases the dressing continer is clumsy and sometimes gets stuck, and the little trapdoor that holds the utensils in place is flimsy. However, the dressing container is truly spillproof, and the ice is a nice thing to have.
