Absolutely the worst and most uncomfortable insoles I've ever tried. The blue plastic piece under the arch area dig into the front part of your arches and are not pliable at all. Save your money and don't waste your $7. Not worth paying return shipping. Just out the money. Doctor Schols and Sof Comfort econo brands are far superior.

I use foot supports from a podiatrist. Although they a molded to my foot, they are very hard plastic, and when wearing them in shoes, or slippers, I find a cushion on top of them helps. Some shoes come with comfortable liners - I put my support under the liner which works well. Unfortunately, the liners wear out long before the shoe does. I bought these as shoe liner replacements. They are very comfortable, and so far, appear very durable, the price can't be beat, and I will most definitely buy more.

I have used these along with other brands and these worked very good at controlling some of the foot pain I have. Try these out and I think you will see a difference in a few days.

Very good product for the money. I am an active runner, and I keep a pair of Spenco Ironman Sport Insoles in all of my running shoes.

I did not like the fact that I had to buy padding to quiet these insoles down. The hard plastic insole piece should have covering or include padding for self-adjustments.

My orthopedic doctor recommended these when I had tendinitis in both feet. Now - I don't have a pair of shoes without them in there.

I am an avid user of Spenco Insoles whenever I buy athletic shoes. They are the best insoles, in my experience, for replacement insoles in athletic shoes and quality for the price. In 13 years of their insoles, they have not failed me yet, well, until I wore them out months later. They normally outlast the shoe's life.

Better than the insoles that come with shoes, but don't perform as well as the original green Spencos. Stick with the originals.
