If you need to sleep with ear plugs, these are the BEST because they're super comfortable compared to others that I've tried. I can't sleep with other foam plugs, because they hurt after several hours. Plus these work just as well for silencing noise, just as they are rated. I no longer live in an area where there are Rite Aids so I'm so glad to find these here.

Sure they are cheap, but they dont work very well. Hard to get to stay in ears. Go with Flents.

With clean hands, roll plug back and forth between fingers into a tight cylinder.

Immediately insert compress plug into ear canal. Hold plug until it expands to give a snug, comfortable fit.
