This lotion doesn't smell bad. I, too, was using Jergens before. Never again. It's in the trash. This stuff smells great. You don't have to worry about rinsing it off in the morning, because somehow, Aveeno has managed to eliminate that burnt sugar smell. If you're skeptical, try a bit on your hand in the store, walk around for a bit.. you'll see. It's not sticky like Jergens either! I'm SO happy with this.

It smells great, moisturizes well, and gives nice, natural color in a few days. I skip a day or two every now and then but my skin still retains the tan. I suppose that applying it every other day would be a good way to give the appearance of "radiance" as opposed to a full-blown suntan. The affordable price is another plus.

Gorgeous, even, mistake-proof color! I loved this. It's a good moisturizer and the fragrance is not as bad as others (but still a bit chemical). A huge improvement over self-tanners that made my knees and ankles look dark and dirty. My skin doesn't look tan, but it does look golden and healthy, and you don't notice the veins in my legs as much. I highly recommend this product.

I've used both Jergen's and Olay's versions of this product, and I have to say that this product is much better for several reasons: 1. It doesn't smell bad. 2. It dries faster than either Jergen's or Olay's lotion. 3. It works! 4. I've used it on my face and it works great. I'm definitely going to buy this again.

Love it! Definitely choose this lotion over the others. It smells much better - a faint, fresh smell. The Jergens one smells awful. The L'Oreal one smells a little less awful, but still smells bad and has glitter in it that gets all over your clothes, sheets, etc. I also thought this gave a more natural looking glow - the other lotions end up looking a bit streaky after awhile.

I just bought this stuff after having tried Jergen's because I'm scared of regular self tanners. I hated the smell though. My clothes smelled like it and my roommates were always making comments about the smell (I used to put it on at night and then sit around until it dried, which took a while, before going to bed). This one smells MUCH nicer. It's a little runnier than Jergens, but it works just just as well (which is pretty well) without smelling nasty.

I love this, I have tried a lot of self tanning products. This is the only one I use now. I have been using it for about two weeks, and I have no complaints at all. My legs look great in shorts. I tried the Jergens and had a bad, embarassing experience because of the smell. This has given me a great natural looking tan, and there is no awful smell, and it's not bad at moisturizing either. I definitely recommend it.

I had been using JERGEN'S but could not take the scent. DREADFUL. This gives good color in a few days, and moisturizes better than JERGEN'S. The best part, it smells much better!!
