Yohimbine is in fact a very weak MAOI, but this may not be clinically relevant. Yohimbine has been shown to be potentially dangerous in combination with other drugs such as SSRIs and amphetamines, which is similar to contraindications for MAOIs, but the problems may not be related to yohimbine's MAO-Inhibition. Also, Yohimbe products should NOT be taken with other MAOIs

...your appetite. I've used this product for nearly a month now, and I haven't lost any weight. I use the elliptical five to six times a week and haven't lost any more weight than I usually lose. All this product has done is given me an upset stomach.

i used this product for about 2 weeks ...when i first started it was good it gave me energy and i was feeling good at the gym, i took 2 today and i never felt so scared, my heart felt like it was gonna jump out of my chest and i kept feeling like i was gonna pass out and i couldnt even help it. i was sweating...and all this at work, at one point i was laying on the floor at work hoping that it would pass, it was pretty intense and it def scared me really bad, also shortness of breath. so in conclusion i do not reccomd this product and i will be getting rid of what is left of it. scary experience

I agreed with the nausea was a direct result of the product, this doesn't really work for me!!

Hydroxycut Hardcore caused me nausea, sore legs, it did not reduce my appetite, I could not concentrate at work. I kept eating normally hoping it would reduce my nausea but it did not happen. I stopped using it after less than 2 weeks. I will start using Xenadrine EFX again because I never had any major problems with those and they did help me lose some weight. Too bad they were not available at this site last time I bought.

Good product but watch the dosage instructions!

Tried using the product every day, but after several days, I realized the nausea was a direct result of the product, even when taken with food. It did not reduce my appetite, other than making me feel queasy so that I didn't want to eat. Still felt hungry and ate regular meals hoping the nausea would dissipate.

I have found that one pill works fine for the whole day, and really boosts my energy. I get a little jittery from just one pill. But I don't take it every day. I was surprised at the amount of caffeine in it (300 mg), and don't want to be addicted to that. I think it works good to boost energy, and it's great to take on days that you're going to do a good work out. I don't think this product in itself "melts" fat or anything. But I haven't taken it long enough to judge that.

Hydroxycut 24, and then hydroxycut hardcore, were the key elements, to my losing, to date, 70 lbs. Decenber of 2007, while shoveling snow, I passed out, couldn't breathe, heart was pounding a crazy beat, and I hit the sidewalk, thanks to the snow, no injury. NO! no hospital visit. It could have been my last Christmas. I was carring so much weight, up under my ribs. I couldn't stand it any longer, I didn't want to die, not like that. Passing out really scared me shirtless. I hadn't been to the doctor, since August 2007. My last offical checkup, I scaled in at 289 lbs. I know that I added much more, after that. My personal scales, only go up to 300 lbs. He recommended that I vist my doctor first, and then, start with a Colon cleansing pak, and then, begin with Hydroxycut 24 (I was worried about sleep loss side affects and possible jitters, which I had none), and so I did. Started in Januarary and into Febuary, I lost some weight, about 20-25 lbs. At least I could now weigh in on my home scale, but, I wasn't satisfied with that. I went back, to the GNC store and bought Hydroxycut Hardcore. I talked with some of the University Weight training officals, and settled on a weight/ exercise training regime. Starting 1st of march, weighing 285 lbs, I started the regime, and followed it to the letter. Of course, I had already changed my daily diet. No Soda pop/beer, no breads, and no pasta (pizza, my favorite), no coffee, or, extra sugar intake. My daily diet includes, yogurt, low fat pudding cups, a banana, twice a day, soups, vegetables (lots of steamed broccoli and califlower, carrots, with red and green peppers, and onions, a great dinner meal), fresh fruits, low fat crackers, low fat peanut butter and low sugar jelly, for snacks. My appetite is under control now, so less of the crackers and snacking. No more hunger urges, and I don't miss them. For good measure, I'm taking Mega Men 50 vitatmins. I increased my intake of Saw Palmento(Prostrate), B-12 (2000 mcg.), and potassium (200mg.),because of past low potassium problems. Glucosamine chondroitin, and fish oil capsules, for joint pain and pain prevention. At the very beginning of the diet, I had used, one of the, Colon cleasning paks, for additional weight loss, and to get my bowels back, in better health. Then I've maintained a soft diet, for better bowel management. Apple juice and lots of water intake, are the drinks, of choice for me. Well, the proof is in the current weight loss results, I now weigh in at 238-240 lbs, and I'm still losing weight. So the job is not quite done yet, my goal is to be in the 200-210 lbs area. The best thing to happen, is the fact that I can now walk 1-2 miles, with out huffing and puffing, after my walk, I ride a bike, (something, my dog really enjoys, riding in the basket) another mile. I have been mowing several lawns, in my neighborhood, for just the cost of gasoline. Its a great workout, and I also harvest the clippings, for my raised garden box (4 x 12'), and I reap the rewards, of fresh vegetables, on my dinner plate. I now have better focus, more hope of future events, and I vow, never to go back, ever. I can't say enough, about my success, using Hydroxycvut Hardcore. Losing weight, has helped me reverse, at least twenty years, of poor weight management. I now lift weights again (20 lb, arm reps, and 120 lbs, bench), I also wear about 40 lbs of weights, when walking, (5 lb ankle and wrist weights, and a 20 lb weight belt), I started much lower and increased the weight, as I could handle it. I can dance again (some what modified), something I love to do. I am overweight, but not too much so, I've had 4 kids and am carrying around a bit of baby weight. I have only been taking this product for a week, so I cannot comment on whether or not it will help me lose weight. I read all the reviews before I bought this product, carefully weighing the pros and cons. I am in the Army and am currently stationed in Iraq. As most people know, the Army is all about fitness and body weight standards. I wanted to buy something that would (hopefully) give me the energy to workout and maximize the workouts that I do. So far this product has given me energy, but it has not interfered with my sleep, just do not take within 5 hours of bedtime. as with anything, you should always follow the direction closely. I started out at the lowest dose and moved up on the days the directions told me to. I noticed that when I went from 1 pill to 2 pills at a time I got pretty shaky and really sick feeling, kind of like flu symptoms, as soon as I ate I felt 100 times better. So when you take this, you need to eat very soon afterward so you don't feel sick. I also noticed that I'm not eating as much as I used to, which is a big plus for me. I work in an office for 12 hours a day, and boredom sometimes gets the best of me and I eat, not anymore, I'm not hungry so I can't justify eating all night long like I used to. I have a feeling that with a proper diet and a good amount of exercise that this will help me lose the few pounds I need to!
