I have been using Hydroxycut for a while now. I am not anywhere near being overweight so I havent had many pounds to lose. I have lost a few pounds but this could be due to removing soda from my diet. I take Hydroxycut twice a day before and during work and it definetly gives you some energy but be careful to not take to many as it can make you shaky. As far as results go I have noticed changes in my abdominal muscles but I also contribute this to a healthy diet and exercise. I think this product is a good additive but its not the solution. Diet and exercise are still required. I recommend this product to anyone needing a little extra push in their days.

I tried Hydroxy Hardcore while working out 4 days a week. I did not lose my appetite nor did I have any extra energy from the pills (no jitters). A bit disapointed in the product. Not to say it won't work for everyone. I am considering trying the Max to see how it works. Maybe this wasn't strong enough for me.

This might possibly work.

I've been taking Hydroxycut Hardcore for about 3 weeks now and the only side effect I've noticed is sleepless nights (a side effect from the caffeine) and increased bowel movements. I've only lost 2 or 3 pounds but I do see more muscle definition in my butt and legs (including less visible cellulite). This could be because I've increased my jogging routine or it could be from the pill. I just bought my second bottle because I've been excersizing more and eating less since March and I've finally seen more rapid results since I started taking this. The only suggestion I have is to follow the advice on the bottle and DO NOT take it after 5pm or you won't get a wink of sleep.

My hubby took 3 capsules in the morning and 3 in the afternoon. He ate very sensibly. Salads and fish and exercised daily. He went from a size 46 suit to a size 40 in 2 months. I bought this product today, and took the first dose 45 minutes before lunch. I went from growling stomach to barely being able to finish my lunch, which consisted of a bowl of Chicken rice soup. I have experienced a little bit of jitters, but nothing different that a cup of coffee would give me. So far so good I guess. I'll update soon.

Ive been taking hydroxycut hardcore for2 weeks now. When I first started I did get the jitters and I had a hard time concentrating, but I dont anymore. I just started running 1.8 miles a night 3 days ago. I had lost 10 pounds before I started running and now Ive lost a total of 14 pounds and, I feel a lot better mentally and physically. I would recommend this product to anybody who just needs a little boost or needs to loss a substantial amount of body fat. Muscle isnt an issue with me because Im very thick and solid. hydroxycut hardcore is helping me bring the cut body out from behind mommas cooking.

It seems that it's "so far so good". I have been on the product for about a week now, and it's doing a great job curbing my appetite. Actually today I started the 2 pills dosing, though I'm not sure I like how it made me feel. I couldn't concentrate at work, so used my lunch time to work it off at the gym. I may just stick with 1 pill every few hours. I think I've lost about 2 lbs, probably from loss of appetite and increased working out. I think that hard to tone "dunlop" looks slightly smaller. Overall, I like the product so far, but just have to find the right dosing for me.

In addition to vigorous exercise this product was recommended buy one of the top trainers @ Ballys Total Fitness; however, I do not use this product throughout the day. I do take 3 tabs 1/2 hour before every workout at the gym; also your body gets immune to any type of medication so for me I take hHydro for 2 months then I take Lipo6 for 2 months!!!

Hmmm, Ive been using this a week so far and Ive followed the directions except Ive not yet increased to the 3 at a time yet. I had a goal of trying to fit in a new pair of jeans that I bought and a little over a week ago I had to struggle to pull them up and squeeze into them and they left a AWFUL muffin top. Well, now I can pull them up without struggle and NO MUFFIN TOP, they are comfortable with a nice touch of snug... heres the thing, I have not lost any pounds but, this could be because Ive been drinking a ton of water since the day started. That might explain why I weigh 2 pounds lighter in the am than in the pm, go figure, but still the lighter of the pounds is what I started out with. As far as side effects, nothing TOO serious a little bit of jitters and very slight nausea but only for the first couple of hours after taking it, then it slowly dies down. By the way, no plans of going up to 6 a day.
