I love this product, as I love Hyrdoxycut anyway. It is very strong, so when first starting you must follow directions, and work up to full dosages. Earlier bottles made your stool the color of the pills, but since buying more, they seem to have improved on that fact. I have used Hydroxycut on and off for 2 years, with diet and exercise, and have great results. This Hydroxycut Hardcore has given me even better results than the original. If you are serious about getting in shape, and have the ability and motivation to work out and eat right, I totally recommend this product.

If I could rate this 0 stars, I would. The caffeine kept me awake, the max daily dosage upset my stomach to the point of nausea. In fact the only reason I didn't gain weight is because I was so nauseous and my stomach was so upset and I couldn't consider eating food. It was definitely not an enjoyable experience. Even on a lower dosage, I was still nauseous.

I am 44 years old and am on a perpetual diet. The clerk at GNC recommended Hydroxycut Hardcore, but I have found it very disappointing. I have been taking it faithfully for a month and exercising at home, and have gained 5 pounds. My eating habits were very good to begin with, so they didn't change much. I mentioned my age because I am pre-menopause, and the only benefit I reaped from the pills was no more 'night sweats'. I have noted this affect when trying other diet supplements also.

This product did help me to lose weight (a total of 30 lbs in about 4 months). I can't completely attribute my weight loss to Hydroxycut, because I did diet and work out very hard (about 5-7 days a week). I didn't take the pills throughout the entire four months, but I did notice that when I took them regularly during periods when my weight loss would plateau, I was able to shed up to 7 lbs in a week. The downsides to taking these pills are that I felt extremely nauseous, it didn't really curb my hunger at all, and it made my stools red (like the color of the liquid in the capsules).

I found this product to be excellent for weight loss. I had been struggling to lose inches on my lower abdomen (left over from two preganancies), and this has actually shrunk that area by 1-2 inches. I do an aerobic workout for one hour per day but I have made no special changes to my diet. I recommend that you gradually build it up in your system, DO NOT take the maximum dosage when you begin using this product.

I've been on this stuff for 6 days...the first 3 days were okay, I felt energetic. But when I started taking the full doses, like I am right now...I feel a lot of nausea. My muscles on my legs hurt a lot, and today is the last day that I will take this pill. I'm not sure why it didn't work, I work out two hours a day, drink lots and lots of water, and eat nutritiously.

It's an ok product, but just ok. Nothing special about it. I wouldn't buy it again. I lost no weight and got no more energy then I do from a weak cup of coffee.

I am on this stuff right now and I love it. The reason people are getting headaches and nausea is cause they are either not taking it 30 min before eating, they did not stack the pills as indicated on the bottle, or they are not drinking sufficient amounts of water. the directions are clear. DO NOT TAKE LESS THAT 3 HOURS BEFORE YOU SLEEP. I started losing weight immedietly. but you MUST FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS.

I just started taking this, and through 5 days I have been getting headaches and a sick to my stomach feeling...I actually have been sleeping deeper and having more vivid and enjoyable dreams, kinda weird, as other people have reported the opposite. The product works in its goal of helping you lose weight but at the cost of giving up the rest of your health. I have felt, and am feeling right now as I write this, headaches, nausea, jitterness and extreme moments of energy boosts directly followed by extreme nausea. I am the type of person that never gets sick, not even a slight headache, and I have not been able to block the side effects at all. I strongly recommend going with the regular Hydroxycut, which I have taken before and experienced zero side effects, over this one.
