The older formula was just fine. This is ok . My husband is having problems with this one where the older formula didn't bother him. so he cut back on the dosage and still gets the same results. I ALWAYS JUST HAD ONE A DAY AROUND LUNCH TIME, and gotta the same results as someone who ate six. This stuff is good. It's one of the best on the market if you really want results and are dedicated to a program.

I finally broke down and bought this product, just to see what all the rage was about. It certainly decreased my appetite but it was because the heartburn was unbearable for me. It's pretty tough to eat something when one feels completely nausiated.

Pros: For me this stuff worked. I have dropped 65 pounds so far and have about 40 to go to get to my desired weight, and this system helped. I was averaging about 75% to 100% extra weight loss each week while using these pills, and noticed exercise was causing me to sweat a lot more. Cons: One night, after using the pills for about 3 weeks, I suddenly got a severe, short pain near my left temple. It lasted less than a second, but was very painful. Then I got another about 30 minutes later, and another, spaced out about 30 minutes apart. It really troubled me, but it started at night and I went to bed, woke up the next morning and there was no pain. About half way through the day it started again and progressively got worse until it was happening every 10 minutes or so. This was severe pain, I'm a grown man and I actually grunted and winced on these. They were very short (about a second), very sharp, and very painful to the point of stopping me in my in my tracks. I got so worried by evening time I was about to go to the emergency. Even though I'm only in my late 30s, I thought I might be having a stroke. Just as I was at my breaking point, I realized I hadn't been drinking much water the last couple days. I normally drink over a gallon of water in a day, and I had a very busy end of week and simply forgot about it. I immediately drank 2 full 16 oz glasses of water and a 16 oz every 10-15 minutes for the next couple hours. Within an hour the head pain was gone and never returned. After a week I began taking the pills again, obviously more conscious of not lapsing on my water, and never had the head pain return. The moral of the story for me is that these pills really do seem to help with weight loss. I lost as much as double the weight each week while taking the pills. They are dangerous though, as any supplement that alters the body unnaturally probably is. You will experience severe head pain if you don't keep up on your water, so my advice is if you are ever feeling this kind of pain while taking these pills, think about your water intake and try to increase it to see if the pain goes away.

I could not get rid of that dreaded ten pounds that never goes away. I took one pill a day during my work week for three weeks and had tons of energy and the weight literally metled off. I am only 130 and wanted to go back down to 120. It does make you a little jittery and I do not recommend taking the amount it tells you on the bottle!!!!!! One pill was fine for me. If I took it after 12pm I would have trouble sleeping. It is not habit forming and was a great quick fix. I was able to keep the weight off by eating right after I stopped taking them. I would recommend anyone try them!

I havn't taken this very long so I'm not sure the about the total result but it gives me terrible side effects because I'm on depression medicine would not recommend if on any kind of anti depressent.

I would have felt better if I have drank 12 cups of Coffee. I only took one capsule and as Elvis would say, " I'm all shook up." The directions has user up to 6 capsules after 8 days. I could not get passed day one. I'd be dead in a week if I stayed with this Hydroxycut Hardcore.

I've been taking various thermogenic supplements for an energy boost before my workouts for years, and this is the worst one I've ever tried. It made me totally nauseous and didn't seem to provide any extra energy. In fact, it made me want to eat more (to quell the nauseous feeling) and lie down! I tried it on multiple occasions to be sure that it was this which was making me feel so sick and tired (considering that I used to take pills with ephedra with no negative side effects whatsoever), and it certainly was. I can't attest to it's effectiveness for weight loss, because I just couldn't take it. I"ve used less expensive products with much better results.
