I know it's so cliche to say, "I've tried everything" when it comes to treating acne, but I've really tried everything! I have struggled with mild to moderate acne since junior high and have always had a major problem with blackheads. I am now 26 years old and things haven't gotten much better. I have used prescription products from my dermatologist like Accutane and Tazorac, I've used TV products like Proactiv and probably just about everything on the drugstore shelves. I have an oily t-zone and some dry patches and have struggled with acne on an on-going basis. As horrible as it sounds, I'm guily of picking at my skin which leaves me with red marks and scars. After several trips to the derm for a more permanent solution, she finally advised me to get back to basics. She recommended I use a very gentle frangrance-free cleanser, moisterizer with SPF and a spot treatment. I picked up this product on a whim while grocery shopping and have been amazed by the results. I immediately noticed a difference in my skin texture after using it for only a few days. Over the course of 3 weeks, I noticed significant lightening of my red scars and improved texture on the blackheads along my jawline. I still get small zits here and there, but they are small and seem to disappear quickly. I'm very, very pleased with my results!

I have been using this product for about two weeks. I started noticing a difference in my skin in a matter of a few days. I use this product 2-3 times a day and take time to rub it in well. It keeps most acne at bay, but I still get a few little ones. I have been using salicylic acid containing products for awhile. I have sensitive skin and cannot use benzyle peroxide anymore. I like that this product does not irritate my skin or bleach fabric. I have a few stubborn spots that are taking a little longer to fade. My sister and husband have made comments about how good my skin looks without makeup. Bottom line is: I think this is a great product!

I bought this creme after reading the glowing reviews on how much it cleared up acne and reduced the acne scars. I admit, I was so excited about this product that I did not research the product as much as I should have. Essentially, it works well enough. It has salicylic acid, so it will help clear up your face a bit if you haven't been using it till you try this product. It also has some nice anti-scar ingredients that will help reduce red spots. BUT, for people that intend to use this as more than a spot treatment on a daily basis, don't waste your time. The container is too small for that, and honestly the product isn't really worth buying in large amounts. Just use Vitamin E oil for the scars, and if you want a nice salicylic acid moisturizer try Clean&Clear's Advantage moisturizer. Both work just as well, and save you a ton of money. TIP: For adult acne sufferers like myself that are desperately looking for a solution, try researching Omega-3 and Vitamin D and see if it might be a cure for you. I've been having a lot of luck, and was able to swear off salicylic acid and benzoil peroxide for good :) Expect lots of skin purging, though...

The only thing this stuff did to my skin was make me breakout more and dry my skin out in the process!! I will NOT use it again, nor will I tell a friend to! I used it twice a day like advised and even when it started drying out my skin and I began using it only once a day, it still didn't work. My acne marks are still here, no better or worse than before.

I used it and I am not sure if it helped since I did not use it for longer than two weeks. I didn't really notice a difference.

This product did not work for me. Thought I'd give it a try, but no luck. But I also believe that we are all so different, something that does not work for one might still work for another.

I use this to get rid of the marks that acne leaves behind. I always forget to use it twice a day but I can actually see that it's still working. You can see results in 2 weeks or maybe a little less. This is good stuff.

I don't get many pimples but I do have bad acne scars. I tried out this product and my scars visibly reduced within 5 days of massaging the cream into my scars 2-3 times a day.
