Purchased this model after reading reviews and magazines. 1st time using it, my hair was shiny and sleek. Great value for the price! Bad news is that it is heavy. Good news is that it drys faster than all the other hairdryers I've ever had, so the tradeoff is worth it for great looking hair!

When I am bored of my curls I blow dry my hair to make it straight and wavy and let me tell you this blow dryer is awesome. It is the best blow dryer I have ever had in my life. I bought it back in 2008 and still works like new. It is a little too heavy though have to take some breaks while using it, but I'm willing to go through the pain just to enjoy the great results.

Hair dryers often "blow out" within a year and I was determined to be smart and find one with a warranty. This one had a great warranty with decent reviews. I love how the buttons are arranged with ion/no ion option. I love the attachments. I love the power of the dryer as it is not your typical burn your hair dryer. (For example if you blow your hair, it will fly up. Not all dryers do that!) I do not find it heavy. It is probably the best bang for your buck! Most dryers are around $20 anyways!

This dryer works great, but all the previous reviews were correct about the weight. I would by this brand again but will definitely listen to other reviews about weight.

I like this dryer. Yes, it's not featherlight like some other models out there, but I have had no trouble handling it. The heat settings are designed perfectly - no risk of changing it to low or cooler by mistake. The only flaw that I could see is that the cool shot button is placed a little too conveniently - I do press that from time to time without meaning to. However, with practice, it is easily overcome. It is quieter then other models, and VERY sturdy! I'd rather have more weight to a dryer then a cheap, lightweight model which breaks after only a few months like my other 2 brands did!!! My hair dries evenly, quickly, and is easy to style while drying. It feels healthy, too. You really can't go wrong here.

packaging was a lil troubling. lol But, i opened it when i just got back from the gym and felt like my arms got another workout using it. I'm used to hot blow-dryers and felt that this heat was not as powerful but it did it's job. After all, I'm new to this new ionic thing.
