I have tried all the high end products and I keep returning to my husbands Brylcreem. I have long red hair. My hair is my crowning glory, and Brylcreem makes it shine and look fabulous and it holds it's wave, Plus I like the smell. Just wish they'd make a smaller tube for traveling. I can only find this large tube. But, it's absolutely the winner. Everyone always asks me what I put on my hair, when I tell them their eyes go wide.

I have tried a great many products to control my very thick and coarse hair. Gels don't hold all day and dry out my hair and pomades and waxes get sucked into my hair by day's end making them ineffective. Brylcreem has worked wonderfully in that it controls without being heavy, sticky or crunchy and it stays in most of the day. My hair sucks Brylcreem up also, but I am able to maintain some hold in spite of it. I use it daily with towel dry hair and just comb it roughly into place. Works great for me!

I am done with gels!!! I am back to the classic look that only a product like Bylcreem can give you. My hair, which was nothing special, is now shiny. I am getting compliments on it! This is the product that all those good looking stars of the 1940's used. They had the best hair!!!

My mother used Brylcreem on me since infancy. It made my hair grow like crazy. She then would use it daily to comb my hair. I started out bald and ended up with very long, very thick hair. I attribute that in part to Brylcreem. I used Brylcreem on my daughter's hair and now on my granddaughter. I love the smell and it works great without being heavy. I would recommend this to everyone.
