Too thick, smells bad, and I couldn't notice a difference. I have since given up on self tanning lotions. I prefer to be pale anyways.

I do not wear any make up, and Touch of Sun gives me that natural sun glow. Applied once a day, immediately following a shower produces great results. The smell could be better, but it is not offensive. I have been using Olay products for many years and this is a great addition. My only complaint is that it is so hard to find!

Recently moved to Colorado were the air is very dry. I read where some think it was too greasy, but for me it is perfect. I also love the light tan it give my face. I was very pleased. Thank you.

I noticed that other users suggested only using this item at night to fend off any odor or streakiness that may occur. I've been applying it before make-up each morning, and I don't think it smells good. My complexion does get a bit oily by mid-morning, but a good powder can combat that. Overall, this product is just alright.

Use it right and the result is great!

I've read some good and bad comments here but decided to try it anyway. After trying about a dozen other brands, I liked this most because: - the smell is not that bad - it's very light so you see some significant color after a few application which also eliminates streaks - it didn't give me an allergic reaction that I have to most other tanning products - if you apply it right, you'll get the right, natural results. And this is how to do it: I'd apply it only once a day (obviously 4 times a day is way too much and might give you oily skin) and do it before bedtime. make sure you clean your face well before applying to remove dead skin and prevent streaking. That way you sleep through the oily looking skin and the light smell all moisturizers give out. In the morning, wash your face well again with a soap bar (not liquid soap as it's less effective on all moisturizers). Or you can use a foamy facial soap like clean and clear. In the process, I'd also use bare hands to apply it to avoid streaks that gloves may give and then wash the hands well with bar soap. This product gives a really light, natural glow. One of the best on the market!

I bought this when it first came out and it only came in one color tone. What I found out after a week of constant application, there is NO color. All I got from this product after applying four times a day was a face full of zits. I noticed after I quit using this big nothing , they came out with more color tone choices, maybe these choices had some color in them, but I was not going to waste another dime to find out. I went to a proven brand of self tanner, and I usually love Olay, maybe they improved it by now. I can not imagine anybody making a second purchase if they had not. Olay, you let me down!

I love Olay Complete Defense for sensitive skin SPF 30 and have been using it for 3 years, but I wanted a little color on my face so I decided to try Touch of Sun. What a mistake! The product looks very shiny and greasy after it goes on. A stray hair fell off my head and stuck to my face. Anyhow, I figured after 15 minutes or so it would absorb and the shiny look would go away. Not so. After one hour my face still looked like a shiny, oil slick, so I used oil blotters (rice paper) to blot the stuff off my face (didn't have time to wash it off and start again). To make matters worse, it has a strong, perfumey odor and when some of the product got on my lips and in my mouth, it tasted absolutely nasty and bitter. I had to rinse my mouth and get something to eat to get rid of the "taste." I am returning for a refund. I do not recommend this product. I don't usually write reviews but had to review this because it is a horrible product for Olay. I have no idea if it "tans" well or not, because I couldn't get past the first hour with this on my face.

I have pretty oily skin, but I decided to try this facial lotion/tanner because it was oil free. When I first put it on, it appeared to have some sort of shimmer in it and my face felt oily already. I don't know how well the tanner works in this product, but I do know that I would advise anyone with oily skin to avoid this lotion. Maybe it would work well for mature, dry skin.
