I use this product more and more as I get older. It helps get rid of the hair on my upper lip. I have very fine, blonde hair, so it doesn't show right away. This product works best when the hair is a little bit longer. It's easy to use and the lotion one uses afterwards is great. It doesn't last very long and I find that I have to use it more than once a week.

I will buy this product again.

It's supposed to be gentle enough for the face. After I removed (not exceeding 3 minutes, My face was red and blotchy. And looks swollen in the spots I placed the cream such as my upper lip. BEWARE if you have sensitive skin it does not do what it promises to do.

All you do is wet the skin and put a thin flilm of cream on the area you want to remove the hair wait 5 min. and take off with cloth or spatala it comes with then rinse in warm water apply after cream.

This is terrible cream, but so are most that I have used. This cream caused my skin to bleed, burn and become very red with irritation. I threw it the trash and I will never use it again or any other cream like this. This was the last cream that I wanted to try before using prescribed cream. I know that I will never try this again. When your face bleeds, burns and turns red, then it can't be good. Why can't they make something that actually works and treats your skin good. By the way, it barely removed any hair after all that. You want rid of the hair, then you use the cream thinking it will work, but you end up with not much hair gone, an irritated red face and some bleeding. Doesn't seem worth it to me. Please don't use this product or any other like it. I also tried Nair and it basically did the same thing plus it had a terrible odor.

I found this product works best if you first wet the skin with a little water. I then apply the hair removing cream to the moistened skin and I don't experience the redness/burning. I use this product weekly. I don't watch the time when I use it.

I have used this for over 20 years. I leave it on for 15 minutes. I know of no better hair removal cream. I would not use the "gentle" formula because it didn't work for me.

I tried it and watched the clock very closely and it burned my skin, now I have red scaly skin it even bled on my upper lip. I would rather pluck my hairs than have a chance that some product would burn my skin. I here waxing is way better than hair removing creams. Will never buy this again.

My initial reaction was positive -- it removed every trace of hair, and it smells very nice. (Like another review poster, I did leave the product on too long on a small area, resulting in a chemical burn that took a couple of weeks to clear up -- so keep your eye on the clock.) However, hair began reappearing in the treated areas only two days later, which is pretty darn quick. I did want to try this product when I noticed it was on sale, but I think I'll stick with my regular brand.

I tried this because I got tired of bleaching my upper lip. I did a test on my face and no redness, stinging, or flaking. So the next day I actually use it. I had to keep it on longer then the box said and after you take it off, your upper lip will be numb for a while. Everything went fine till I used the moisturizer. Felt like pins were poking my upper lip! It faded after 3 minutes or so. All in all its ok. It got the job done.
