I am prone to fungal infections because my husband has chronic infections. After every pedicure, my manicurist would "encourage" me to use an anti-fungal product now, every day for one to two weeks since all the "stuff" was removed. She said if I did that, I would probably only need to use the anti-fungal periodically for maintenance. I tried them all. Every brand, every method of delivery. I couldn't do it. They all smelled so horrid that I avoided using them. I came up with a system of using pre-soaped washcloths in the evening (since all these require twice a day application on CLEAN feet) but the smell would get all up in my nose and I would literally feel like vomiting. I found this "ladies" product and was skeptical. It smells wonderful without being perfumy. I am waiting for my next pedicure to start with a clean slate but after using it sporadically over two weeks, I already noticed a huge difference. If you are put off by the smell or the powder or the inaccurate aerosols, you will love this. Plus it doesn't LOOK like a tube of Lamisil in your medicine cabinet.

I've had cracked heels for ages. I've tried all kinds of lotions, with no relief. Finally I saw an ad for this product, saying that if your heels look like mine, you might actually need an anti-fungal cream on them. I knew about that for toes, but not heels. I started using this and to my surprise, when I applied a file to my heels, they finally started smoothing out (this product also has softening agents). I don't want to be without it. The only reason I didn't give it five stars, is because it's pricey.
