These are a bargain, and they come with a very useful little travel case. And (when inserted correctly/fully) they definitely block out sound. However, I do think the "Hearos Ear Plugs, Ultimate Softness Series" are a little softer and more comfortable and hence easier to wear while sleeping. These are just one small notch less comfortable.

I use these to block out noise from neighbors when I am trying to sleep. They are very effective and easy to use. The price is also good so you are able to change them frequently if ear wax builds up on them.

Very easy to use, pretty comfortable as long as you ut them in just far enough, but that's easy to do. The only issue for me is it doesn't cut out my husband's snoring 100%. But then again, you can hear him from the other side of the house! While there may be no perfect earplug for that, Mack's Ultra SafeSound Earplugs work better than any other I've tried.

I thought getting cheaper earplugs means compromise in quality, but to my surprise, that was not the case with these ones. They really work! Now my neighbors can enjoy their TV and music at night without me banging on their door in my pajamas.

I use it for sleeping, as noise from neighbors bothers me. I would like it to block out even more noise. I can still hear stuff when wearing these earplugs, but this is the highest decibel earplugs i could find.
