I was amazed at how the curls lasted with this iron! I bought the 3/4 inch curler last night and the curls are STILL in. The only issue is that it left my hair a little frizzy but that was my fault when I blow dried it. Be careful with the heat because it is capable of completely frying your hair. I burned the tip of my thumb but come on ladies, you can't give this product a bad review out of carelessness of your own.

I thought the design could use some improvement and the heat settings should save the last settings used. Overall, I didn't like this. I got frustrated pretty quickly and in the end I didn't like the results. I'm returning this and going for a karmin clipless curling iron, I hear you need to practice more since there's no clip but my salon buddies really recommend it. Worth a try, I guess.

I am not good at hair styles. I've always been impatient when it comes to styling. This does it quick, easy, and makes it look like I spent a lot of time on my hair. Love it. Also, the description says 3/4" barrel I believe but it's really 1" or maybe it's vice versa. I forget- but that detail was incorrect in the description at the very least.

New to conair products - easy to use - had previous curling iron 20 yrs and it's still kicking. Read the reviews here & another site and Conair ceramic irons came out extrodinarily high with the reviewers. It really heats up quickly and exceedingly hot so be careful. If this iron works for another five years I consider it GREAT, if it doesn't well what can I say. Oh ya, '[*]'. I have very, very, thin short, color treated hair and so FAR, it's a nice iron. I just hope it don't, you know what to the BED in a few weeks like one of the reviews stated. I will be very disappointed.

I am not the best with a curling iron and haven't bought one in years but this one is so much better than any I have used in the past. Why spend the $$ on a CHI when this works great. My hair is naturally straight but this curled it right up and it stayed all day and was still a little wavy with some style the following day. Wish they had it with a larger barrel - I would buy that one too!
